And these two little guys weren’t even acknowledging him; since he woke up, they hadn’t called him "Dad" even once, clearly ignoring him! He thought hard—had he done anything to offend them? His mind quickly went to the incident last night.
He rembered that when he carried Lele out, Lele clearly opened his eyes. Thinking about it now, the two kids must be holding a grudge, upset about being moved out of bed.

"And you, Lele?" Yang Chuxia turned to her eldest son, who had been silent all along.
Lele was silent for a while before he put down his fork and pouted, "Mom, Dad doesn’t like us!"
Yang Chuxia was astonished, "Who says Dad doesn’t like you?" What a joke, Brother An dotes on his two sons more than anything. These three are literally the love of Brother An’s life.
"Just a feeling!"
"Pfft..." It was a serious matter, yet this little one spoke of it with a hint of humor; it made her deeply realize that her eldest son couldn’t be spoken to like a little child. The word "feeling" is sothing adults, especially won, tend to use.
"Mom!" Lele was dissatisfied with her laughter, pouting even more; his voice raised, "He just doesn’t like us!"
"Nonsense!" Yang Chuxia beckoned him, "Co here to Mom! Yangyang, you co here too!"
Yangyang was still a bit confused; he didn’t understand why his brother was suddenly so upset, looking so discontent. He scratched his head, puzzled. But it seed like his brother said Dad didn’t like him?

Yang Chuxia felt like laughing again; this little guy was truly amusing.

Yang Chuxia inwardly felt like giving Ye Zi’an a beating for making the children feel uneasy. "Lele, Dad actually likes you guys a lot, really, really likes you!" Thinking it over, Yang Chuxia started recounting the tis when they were too small to walk, "When you were little, Dad used to read to you every day, dress you, tell you stories..."
By the end, Yang Chuxia herself felt a bit disheartened, talking to these two little rascals about their baby days. Her heart felt so tired.
