A while later, Ye Liu and the others ca out from inside the house.

"Madam, the doctor here says the patient fainted simply because of long-term hunger." Ye Liu found it sowhat absurd that soone as grand as the Grand Emperor had been starving.
Yet, he couldn’t shake the feeling that it wasn’t that simple.
"Is he awake now?"

"Yes!" The proprietress forced a smile.
And the barefoot doctor nearby, upon hearing this, quickly said, "Madam, I haven’t finished speaking. The Old Master inside has severe liver damage and shouldn’t be jolted around. He needs bed rest for at least, well, at least half a month, no, a month."
Yang Chuxia ignored him and gave Ye Liu a look, which prompted Ye Liu to drag the barefoot doctor outside.
