"Don’t worry, if he really slits your throat, I’ll avenge you," Yang Chuxia reassuredly patted Ye Zi’an’s arm, smiling.
So Ye Zi’an straightened up and left, but halfway through, he suddenly turned his head and looked at Yang Chuxia, "Xiaxia!"

Young Master Mu and his servant were both speechless at the sudden change in Ye Zi’an’s deanor.

After a while, he felt his bed sink.
There was no conversation during the night, and nothing strange happened, as if Mu Shaoling really just ca to his house to sleep. It’s a sha that he wasn’t foolish!
While washing up in the morning, he heard Mu Shaoling casually asking him about when his parents died and how his stepmother treated him. The questions seed casual but were all about him.
That made Ye Zi’an feel a bit suspicious.
However, he didn’t dwell on it and went to Yang Chuxia’s house instead.
"Brother An, where’s Divine Doctor Mu?" Ms. Wang asked as she was preparing breakfast when she saw Ye Zi’an arrive.
"Auntie, he’s behind."
"Why aren’t you with your guest? It’s almost ti for breakfast." Ms. Wang said before turning away to continue her tasks.
After a while, Mu Shaoling and his servant arrived. After breakfast, they said they wanted to go around the village. They left without asking anyone to accompany them.
Once they left, Yang Chuxia turned to Ye Zi’an and asked, "So, did you lose your innocence last night?"
"Nonsense!" Ye Zi’an scolded softly.
"Hey, wasn’t that what you said last night?" Yang Chuxia laughed, and then continued, "You did look quite convincing. But why is he actually here?"
Ye Zi’an told Yang Chuxia about so of the things Mu Shaoling had said to him in the morning.
Upon hearing this, Yang Chuxia’s eyes widened, "Could it be that you have a hidden identity, Brother An? Or are you the lost young master of a wealthy family? Is Mu Shaoling trying to find you?"
"Where are your thoughts going?" Ye Zi’an glared at her, "My family has always been from Quanya County. My grandparents lived here, and so did my parents. Moreover, I actually look a lot like my father. So I’m definitely just a farr’s child."
"Then why did he ask you so many questions?" Yang Chuxia inquired suspiciously.
Ye Zi’an shook his head, "That’s sothing you’d have to ask him."
"Forget it, let’s not worry about him. Just do whatever he wants," Yang Chuxia waved her hand and said, "Let’s focus on our own matters."
