Third Person POV:

A Few Days Later:

The excited sound of talks spread all around, within the designed coliseum of the academy. Excitent spread all around. Packs of students sat around the coliseum. The atmosphere was quite anticipatory as everyone kept talking to each other about the fight which was about to take place, a fight that might perhaps provide a change to the current atmosphere around the place.

The academy, which had a down atmosphere, with the students feeling a sense of loss, was now forgotten. Everyone seed focused and excited, a renewal in the atmosphere, one can say, as everyone looked forward to the fight that was about to take place, bets being placed, argunts taking place, the place looking livelier than before.

When the news was spread, it caused quite the commotion around, for Austin Lionheart, who had turned away, had finally responded!

Which ant changes were about to take place. All those ones that taunted him, questioned him, and caused issues will finally be able to see if any of their words held any kind of intentions or power at all. The seats for the fights were quickly booked, with resales taking place for the ones who had the tickets, selling them for a higher margin of points.

It was chaos, it was fun, and it was life coming back to the real students of the academy. It’s as if the presence of Austin was so kind of support that brought back peace and growth. This being sothing noted by a lot of powers, it wasn’t just anticipation; it was trust, it was worship, and it was belief, sothing very dangerous indeed.

The students, the old, all of them seed to believe in and follow up with Austin, a scenario that caused tremors to the backs of those who understood the significance of the issue. It wasn’t that he was led by humans; it was the fact that every species, every student, divine or not, felt a trust and belief in him that they followed after him.

A single figurehead had ford for the students, sothing that hadn’t ever happened before. Be it the sea, demons, dwarves, or any other species, all of them had a good opinion of him. The leaders of the different factions had good connections with him; he led, and he had saved lives, which ant they all, in a sense, followed him.

It was a scene that can’t be replicated again, a scene so inspiring it brought frowns to the older players in the scene, for Austin had beco too established, too respected, and had too much sway over the students who would later go down to lead the future generation of each species, which was troubling, to say the least.

The na of Austin started to invoke love, hate, jealousy, worship, envy, and more. The syllable of his power being attached to a lot of things around the world, it was power, it was focus, and it was definitely a sense of belonging to everyone.

The ones from the organisations that had caused all this looked down forth with wonder. Even they, who had worked hard to break the flow of connection here, create discord and create chaos, felt it. Their work was being undone in real ti, not from any words, just from a single action of picking a fight. The belief they had built in Austin had beco absolute, and the power it ca with was dangerous.

.....

"This is ridiculous."

Girika said with a frown as she, looking through the glass of her private room, comnted, her eyes staring at the humongous crowd all around, the people moving just at the ntion of a na, the action being taken just in reaction to a na.

"This goes beyond just simple fascination; it’s borderline blind faith and worship."

Girika spoke again, even she feeling chills up her body, goosebumps covering her as she gazed at the reactions of all these students, best of the best in the world, and yet all of them having such belief in him. It was dangerous; this much power in the hands of a single individual was very dangerous indeed.

"There’s a reason why I wanted him."

Isabella added as she nodded her head from her seat, she was watching the back of Girika, after which she looked at the crowd, changing all around. Even she felt a little apprehensive from the scene, because this was a legend in the making, sothing that was being written down in history.

"I agree, this is sothing legendary indeed."

Girika said as she went forth to take a seat, her hands swiping the drink as she poured herself one, taking a sip as she felt the scorch of the alcohol hitting her throat, her eyes narrowed as she responded.

"Even with exhausting my resources, he only seems to get more and more mysterious to , an enigma."

Isabella didn’t reply to it; she took a sip of her own drink as she remained thoughtful. It wasn’t just them; there were a lot of others watching this with anticipation, the main reason being more towards who the fight was going to take place with. It wasn’t so no-na nobody, and it isn’t just so normal fight either.

Qwill Juggernaut will be the one taking up the fight, and that na itself should show just how serious this all is. The Juggernaut surna is not given to just anyone; the very descendants of the ones who absorbed the powers of the fallen giants fall into this category, just like the power of the tattoo that Austin had shown.

In the last fight with Krisly, Austin had brought out that power, the power of the tattoo that belonged to the Juggernaut, belonging more towards the first ones that ca to power, and the truth of it had gone towards many, even reaching the ears of the family that now plays and accesses with the past Juggernauts’ powers.

The whole itself being a hidden one, with their own traditions and stuff, not to ntion a powerful backing in the world, they belonged to the top of the people with top powers barely matched, especially in combat and war. The issue of Austin possessing it was already dealt with when he had shown proof of having earned it from a historic world.

But that still doesn’t an the eyes were taken off him; it only brought more. The family of Juggernaut family focuses, and Qwill Juggernaut is among the greatest talents that have co from that family, having awakened the giant bloodline, one of pure blood and royalty, while awakening his own access to tattoos of powers, while gaining focused control of pure unlimited strength.

He was a walking tank that can barely be scratched, and the strength he wielded almost feels limitless, a great talent who, after coming to the academy, crushed with pure power, broke with pure strength, a monster is what he should be called. Fighting him was a nightmare, and this fight was purely going to be more focused on just strength.

"I can’t believe he accepted Qwill’s call."

Girika muttered, she feeling a headache from just trying to understand all this.

"Do you think he will win?"

Isabella asked.

"I don’t know."

Girika replied after a mont of thought, surprising Isabella, who asked.

"You really think he can win in a pure strength-on-strength combat with the nad Juggernaut of this generation?"

Girika didn’t directly reply to this question; she thought for a mont, after which she replied.

"From any point of view, that looks impossible, but the man I t isn’t a fool. If he accepted this, then he must have seen a path forward for victory."

This brought a silence to the room as Isabella just looked towards the centre, where the fight would begin.

...

The silence in the room didn’t last long.

Outside, in the heart of the coliseum, the air was alive—charged, trembling with the weight of anticipation. The floating crystals that lit the grand arena shimred in hues of blue and gold, illuminating thousands upon thousands of faces. The noise was deafening—chants, whispers, shouts, laughter, the roar of excitent blending together into sothing primal, sothing that fed on the tension that had been building for days.

The coliseum itself—built by the hands of mages, dwarves, and divine architects—was not just a place of combat. It was a cathedral of power. The high walls glead with runic protection sigils, ancient formations humming faintly as they drew in mana to stabilise what was to co. Even the air inside the barrier felt heavier, denser, like the world itself was preparing to witness sothing it knew would be written in its records.

The crowds were alive.

So were screaming Austin’s na. Others, Qwill’s.

"Lionheart! Lionheart!" a chorus of younger students chanted, waving flags glowing faintly with enchantnts that projected his insignia into the air—a golden lion roaring amidst a field of azure fla.

"Juggernaut! Crush him!" ca the equally thunderous chant from the opposite side, their section dominated by towering beastn, giants, and war-blooded warriors, all roaring in unison.

A single voice couldn’t be heard, but together it was a storm.

And in the middle of it all—between that storm of voices and the pulsing light—stood the empty arena. A circular field of white stone that stretched hundreds of ters wide. Cracks and scorch marks from past battles lined the ground, but the energy was new, raw, and unrelenting.

The countdown had begun.

High above, floating in the middle of the air, sat the panel of overseers—each representing different species and power factions of the world. Their presence alone was enough to silence most events, but today even they couldn’t hold back the murmur of anticipation.

They knew this wasn’t just another academy match. This was the battle of beliefs.
