Qingyi moved carefully, not wanting to wake the two girls nestled in his arms.
He slowly slipped out of their warm embrace, covering their naked bodies with a soft sheet, lingering for a mont to take in their peaceful sleeping faces.
Then he let his Qi flow through the room, sweeping away any trace of the previous night before finally getting dressed.
Now presentable, with every scent of sex erased from the air, he walked to the door.
He turned the doorknob calmly, left the room, and closed the door behind him with a soft click.
Outside, he ca face to face with Bai Hu Lie, who wore his usual cheerful smile.
In one hand, he held a massive battleaxe, larger and far heavier than a grown man, its sharp blade catching the hallway light in a cold gleam.
In the other, he carried a twenty-liter barrel of liquor, cradling it with the kind of love a man should only reserve for a woman.
Qingyi was already more than used to how much Bai Hu Lie drank, so he simply ignored the barrel and let his gaze rest on Bai Yunxi.
The beautiful tigress was stunning as always, though a slight blush tinged her cheeks and her eyes betrayed a certain anxiety.
"What happened?" he asked, curiosity clear in his voice.
"Nothing much. It's just that the ancestor asked to see you as soon as the tournant ended." Bai Hu Lie let out a hearty, booming laugh. "But my little sister here thinks you won't be able to handle it, haha!"
Bai Yunxi's cheeks grew even redder.
"N-no, that's not it!" She fired a quick punch upward, her fist landing squarely on her brother's chin without holding back a single ounce of strength.
Bai Hu Lie's muscular body nearly flew backward from the impact.
If it had been anyone else, they would have collapsed on the spot from a blow delivered by soone as powerful as Bai Yunxi.
But Bai Hu Lie just laughed even louder, taking a step back and shaking his head as he rubbed his chin.
"Ah… I'll leave you two lovebirds alone." He grinned from ear to ear. "Brother-in-law, don't forget to co visit in the arena once you're done with my sister. We're having so sparring matches among the most talented."
"If you take too long, I'll have already killed all those damn weaklings and there won't be anything left for you!"
With that, Bai Hu Lie strode off, his massive axe balanced on his shoulder as if it were as light as a feather.
Qingyi rely shook his head, a soft smile playing on his lips before he turned his attention back to Bai Yunxi.
For a few monts, a long silence settled between them.
"Hm..." Bai Yunxi's lips finally parted slightly.
What was she supposed to say in a situation like this?
She had nothing to say!
Should she, like her brother, challenge him to a fight?
"Uh... do you have any more chicken drumsticks with you?" she finally asked, regretting it the very next mont.
What the hell was she talking about?
Fortunately, Qingyi just laughed at her words, pulling more of the food Elize always kept prepared for him out of his spatial ring.
This ti, a small, carefully sealed plastic container appeared in his hand. Inside were three juicy chicken drumsticks, so rice mixed with beans, and a few treats, all lovingly prepared by Elize.
Yunxi caught the tempting aroma even through the sealed container, her eyes sparkling as she hurriedly took it from Qingyi's hands.
Picking up the chopsticks attached to the side of the container, she popped it open and began eating enthusiastically, devouring everything in less than two minutes.
"Ah... this is divine!" Yunxi's eyes sparkled. "Whoever this cook you're talking about is, I want to hunt so prey just for her and let her cook it for ! She'll accept a request like that, right?" she asked Qingyi.
"Probably. You'll et her soon."
The handso young man smiled, watching Yunxi's excited face.
Raising his hand, he stroked her long white hair, the silky strands sliding between his fingers, soft and voluminous to the touch.
"Where are the girls?" Yunxi asked, blushing at the touch. "Rou'er and Xue Hua."
"They're in my room. Do you want to see them now?"
"Yes." Yunxi nodded, and Qingyi turned, opening the door.
The beautiful tigress stepped inside with him, her eyes imdiately falling on the bed.
The two beauties had already woken up. Naked and still drowsy, the warmth of sleep clinging to their flushed skin, they turned their heads toward the doorway and stared at Yunxi.
"Oh… Senior Sister Yunxi?" Xue Hua was the first to react. Blushing intensely, she used her Qi to drape her body in a fresh set of clothes.
Rou'er reacted a mont later, soon doing the sa as she rose from the bed.
"Big Sister Yunxi, did you finally co to get impregnated by Big Brother Qingyi?" Rou'er said, her eyes sparkling mischievously. "Be careful, he likes to deceive his wives with false promises of children!"
Qingyi's face darkened upon hearing those words.
Was his reputation already this ruined in the eyes of his own wives?
"You naughty little brat, stop slandering your husband." He yanked her firmly against him, his palm cracking down on her round little butt with a sharp, ringing slap. Yunxi, watching all of this, let out a quiet sigh.
Before, she had been the first to suggest having children with Qingyi right away, soon after they t.
But now, was she really this shy?
Maybe her brother was right, and she was becoming too human. Probably because of all those teenage romance novels she read.
But that hardly mattered now.
She was reuniting with one of her best friends, with whom she would one day share a man.
She should just enjoy it, shouldn't she?
Both to have fun with Rou'er and to get to know Xue Hua better.
"Hm… Rou'er, you said he lies to his wives with promises to get them pregnant soon… which wives? And well… how many?"
The mont she heard that question, Rou'er's eyes sparkled and she puffed out her chest.
