The black fog spread out, gradually darkening the surroundings. This was a sign that monsters were about to erge, and in numbers too great for them to handle. Those monsters made the Demon Exterminators feel a lingering fear. Once wounded by those monsters, the wounds would turn black, and without tily treatnt, might even fester. Most of their talismans were ineffective against these monsters, and they could only rely on magic and swordsmanship to deal with them.
Even the Taoist Alliance Hierarch felt a hint of nervousness.
If a large number of monsters surged out at once, he wasn’t confident about being able to control the situation. Even though all the Demon Exterminators in the world were gathered here.
The rift trembled, as if sothing was stirring inside, about to crawl out.
Everyone stood on high alert, tensely watching the rift.
Yet amidst the horrified gazes of the crowd, the beautiful woman with a commanding presence simply waved her hand, and the things stirring within the rift seed to quiet down, while the rapidly spreading black fog outside instantly dissipated.
However, in the next mont, the rift suddenly shook even more violently.
The crowd was startled, thinking so terrible monsters were about to erge, yet it was not so.
Amidst everyone’s shocked gazes, a giant, seemingly clumsy black pig carrying a person appeared. Perhaps, it shouldn’t be called a pig? For how could a pig have wings? How could a pig possibly grow so large? A big round black pig, with small tusks, a pair of black wings laboriously flapping, carried Yan Zhengya, straining to fly to Tianmiao’s side.
"Sister, please save Father." The black pig put down Yan Zhengya, then flipped onto its back, passing out from exhaustion. It then shrunk back to its original palm-sized form, but its wings did not disappear.
The grandson of the Taoist Alliance Hierarch stared fixedly at the hairy pig, feeling warmhearted. This adorable little black pig was so loyal, so entirely devoted to its master. How wonderful it would be if he had such a loyal demon pet. Envy consud him!
Bai Huan and the twin Daoists rushed over, and then their hearts sank.
Yan Zhengya had no sign of life whatsoever.
He had long since stopped breathing.
The surrounding Demon Exterminators silently watched the scene unfold.
What on earth was going on?
Was that pig demon Yan Zhengya’s demon pet?
Sacrificing itself by entering the rift, thinking it had saved its master, only to bring back his corpse?
Bai Huan stared numbly at the tightly closed eyes of Yan Zhengya, feeling an emptiness in his heart. Yan Zhengya was the first person to show him genuine kindness, the first person to be good to him, but had he now left them forever?
The twin Daoists couldn’t help but start to sob.
Kong Hou crouched down and picked up the exhausted hairy pig, curiously touching its small wings.
The atmosphere around was sowhat heavy.
Yet Tianmiao smiled.
She extended her finger, lightly tapping, and a ball of white light flew from her fingertip, sinking into Yan Zhengya’s body.
All the Demon Exterminators watched this scene in confusion. What was this about? Could soone actually resurrect the dead? Impossible!
But, soon Yan Zhengya revived.
He sat up in confusion, seeing a circle of people gathered around him, each with an expression as if they had seen a ghost.
"What’s the matter? Have you all seen a ghost? Why are you making that face?" Yan Zhengya frowned.
"Well, we actually did see a ghost." The grandson of the Taoist Alliance Hierarch swallowed hard, speaking with difficulty.
"You died, and then you ca back to life." The Taoist Alliance Hierarch stated succinctly.
(Fei Chai Bai didn’t conclude this small world today, I am guilty. It will definitely conclude tomorrow, really, believe , believe !)
