"Thanks in advance then." Jie Wenzhan chuckled.
Ye Chenfeng looked steadily at Tianmiao, with a hint of a smile in his eyes.
Tianmiao chatted with the two for a while longer before Ye Chenfeng and Jie Wenzhan received a very urgent task, requiring them to set off imdiately.
"Strange?" Jie Wenzhan blinked in confusion, "Logically, it shouldn’t be this quick, we just submitted our report."
Ye Chenfeng glanced at the cookies Tianmiao had given him, deep in thought.

Ye Chenfeng nodded, "Take care of yourself."
Tianmiao nodded too, and just as she was about to say goodbye, she rembered Kong Hou had asked her to inquire about Ying Long’s situation, so she brought it up.
"Fighting every day." Ye Chenfeng thought for a mont and added, "Ever since the ancestor regained his mory."
"When I left, the two of them were still fighting daily, constantly arguing about who the dad is." Jie Wenzhan couldn’t help but laugh, "Ying Long senior keeps mocking the ancestor about being sneaky, and then the ancestor would beat Ying Long senior back to his original form, and they would brawl from heaven to earth, back to heaven again. Tianmiao couldn’t help but laugh too. Ye Chenfeng, seeing Tianmiao’s smile, also joined in laughter.
After that, Tianmiao said goodbye to the two and turned back to the Heavenly Dao Palace.
Back at the Heavenly Dao Palace, Tianmiao took a peek at the secret chamber, where there was still no activity. Her mom had been in seclusion for a long ti, and it was uncertain when she would erge.

Tianmiao reassured Kong Hou and Dong Xiao, who were feeling anxious, and then went to find her dad.
"Daughter, rember to mind your manners over there. For the sake of harmony between the East and the West, you must be careful." Heavenly Dao repeatedly instructed, "Your power over there won’t be restricted, and if the world needs it, Xi Gua will help you release your power in their Western way. And don’t bring any weird stuff back."
"Got it, Dad. How many tis are you going to say this? I know. Even if their staff over there pisses off, I won’t beat them to death, just half to death at most." Tianmiao rolled her eyes in exasperation.
Heavenly Dao almost choked on his breath; he patted his chest to calm down, saying, "You call that minding your manners, leaving people half dead? Just a little lesson is enough to scare them off."
"Got it," Tianmiao agreed helplessly, "Activate the Teleportation Array."
A gentle smile appeared on Heavenly Dao’s handso face as he reached out to pat Tianmiao’s head, his voice soft, "Miao’er, I’m sending you to the West for your own good. I wish for you to be forever happy and free from worries."
Tianmiao was montarily stunned, then she smiled, spreading her arms wide to embrace Heavenly Dao tightly, rubbing her face against his chest, "I know, Dad, I love you too, always have, and always will."
