"What nonsense are you spouting?! Try saying that again if you dare!" Han Qingjue was so furious she was practically incoherent. What was that?! Stepfather? Was he mocking her for not having a father? Ha, even if she didn’t have a father, it was better than him not having a mother or a father!
Su Yu calmly didn’t even take another look at them, turned around, and was ready to leave.
Han Qingjue panicked and quickly took a couple of steps forward intending to stop him. Su Yu stopped and looked at Han Qingjue with a calm gaze.
