Finally, Chen Beiguo went up to give a speech on behalf of the Qingshan Team.
Chen Beiguo had prepared a speech. He walked to the front and began by formally thanking the nation and the leadership, and finally, the people who had helped them.
His face was flushed red, and he felt a thrill of excitent as everyone watched him.
He had only recited two lines of his speech before he completely forgot the rest.
