Lynn walked through Helena and Natasha, heading towards the Celestial Mandate Emperor.
Out of respect for the deceased, he politely greeted him.
"Lin... Lynn! I didn’t do it on purpose, can you... can you let go? I, I’ll give you Helena! Really, my princess is beautiful, a first-class beauty!"
It was the first ti he saw Lynn, and although he looked just like the portrait, a re handso young man, the Celestial Mandate Emperor dared not display any imperial dignity in front of him.

"No need to trouble Father Emperor with gifts; before you gave away to him, I was already his woman."
Helena said this as she walked to Lynn’s side, wrapping her arms around one of his, then rested her head on his shoulder.
Lynn glanced speechlessly at Helena, thinking, could you not cling on with that armor? It’s hard, you know?
But how Lynn reacted wasn’t really important; what mattered was Helena’s deanor and the lack of respect in her tone while calling him "Your Majesty."

Though the Celestial Mandate Emperor was regarded as a fool by Lynn, he wasn’t completely senile, not to ntion the undisguised hatred in Helena’s eyes, making it clear to him the current situation.

Helena also realized her outfit wasn’t suitable for intimacy, so she withdrew in ti, planning to get closer to Lynn once the major affairs were settled.

Seeing his daughter turn into a foe, the Celestial Mandate Emperor wasn’t heartbroken; he never regarded his daughter as significant, especially since she was more beautiful than her mother.
Beauty that couldn’t belong to him was re decoration, not even worth as much as a maid.
With the hope of escape dashed and the powerful Lynn blocking the exit, the Celestial Mandate Emperor was no longer as panicked.

A mont ago, the Celestial Mandate Emperor might have avoided Lynn at all costs, but now, he strode towards Lynn, as if challenging him despite his less-than-Initial Saint prowess.

The Celestial Mandate Emperor dared to approach him, and Lynn wouldn’t show weakness either, advancing on the desperate ruler.

Lynn flicked the blood off the sword’s edge, looking at those subdued by his externalized Fighting Spirit.

The "Father Emperor" before them lacked even a piece of protective gear, easily revealed as a fake by Lynn’s sword proficiency. He truly was skilled, for only from outward appearance, voice, and habitual behavior did he perfectly replicate the original, so much so that even his own daughter couldn’t tell.
If the cowardly man hadn’t been unwilling to part with a few life-saving trinkets for his decoy, there might have been a slight chance he’d have slipped by unnoticed.
