This was an encounter Yang An would never forget. Things he had only known from fiction in his past life were appearing before him in the Immortal Origin Land, creating a surreal feeling.
’chs, Transforrs, Godzilla, and now this Titan... You’d never see this stuff in the real world.’
Previously, when he’d seen the Transforrs and Godzilla, Yang An had been more surprised than alard. They didn’t have a Cultivation Level, so even a creature as strong as Godzilla could only inflict limited damage, which he could easily evade.
But now, seeing this Titan as vast as a mountain range, Yang An felt a chill run down his spine.
’That was a Titan—a being said to be capable of easily destroying entire planets in the legends.’
Although this particular Titan was surely not that powerful, the threat and pressure it exuded were palpable, in no way inferior to a Great Cultivator at the Zombie God Realm.
The mont he saw the altar, and especially the Forbidden Artifact Fragnt within it, Yang An knew he had reached the Core Land of the Immortal Origin Land.
Sure enough, now that he was in the Core Land, even a Titan had appeared.
As its massive fra casually lifted a single foot, the grating of heavy tal sounded like thunder, and the very earth trembled.
Yang An had instantly put a thousand ters between them, but next to the Titan, he seed as small as an insect, the distance feeling like nothing at all.
The turbines on its steel wings spun with furious speed. The resulting downdraft alone gouged two massive craters in the ground, and the very air around them warped.
The Titan’s speed took Yang An by surprise.
Before he could even recover from his shock, a giant steel palm ca crashing down, slamming him toward the earth.
The mont the Titan’s hand made contact, Yang An felt as if he’d been struck by lightning. An imnse force coursed through him, making it impossible to escape from beneath the giant palm.
Fortunately, just as he was about to be crushed into the earth, a towering Divine Aspect radiating white light appeared. It shot up to et the Titan’s descending palm, forcefully halting its advance.
The Extre Day Divine Aspect was only a Technique and had limited power. rely holding back this single blow from the Titan caused countless cracks to spread across its surface.
Thankfully, it bought Yang An a mont’s respite. As the Divine Aspect shattered, he escaped from beneath the crushing weight of the giant palm, clearing the impact zone.
He couldn’t be sure if the commotion would attract the people from Great Virtue Temple, so he didn’t use the Jade Kala Vajra Body or any Techniques related to the Buddhist Sect.
’Regardless, I should avoid revealing my true identity for as long as possible.’
That last exchange had allowed him to gauge the Titan’s strength. It wasn’t invincible, but how to destroy this behemoth quickly and claim the Forbidden Artifact Fragnt from the altar... that was the problem.
Yang An knew full well that, as the Core Land, this place was surely being watched by many.
’The longer this takes, the more likely it is that others will be drawn here.’
’In that case...’
RUMBLE—
A great roar like thunder suddenly tore through the clear sky. It was the sound of the two massive turbines on the Titan’s wings.
In an instant, the thousand-foot-tall Titan shot into the air. Its massive form dwindled in Yang An’s vision as it soared higher and higher.
But Yang An, hovering in mid-air, frowned. He suddenly felt an imnse pressure bearing down on him from above.
As the Titan plumted from high above, the pressure instantly swelled into a massive vortex, enveloping an area thousands of ters across.
The wind howled and the entire landmass trembled. Everything within the storm’s radius began to shake and collapse.
The pressure crushed down on Yang An as well. He felt as if a great mountain had been dropped on his back. Though he was airborne, he began to plumt, his body no longer under his control.
He tried to raise his head, but veins bulged across his body as he strained, unable to even look up. Forced into a prone position, he plumted toward the ground as the pressure grew ever stronger.
’Damn it!’
Yang An gritted his teeth, and an intense light erupted from his body.
Abyss Dragon Devouring Light!
The next mont, a dragon’s roar echoed through the heavens. He transford into a giant dragon, over a hundred feet long, crowned with a massive sphere of light.
Moreover, the light that had burst from its body flashed and was imdiately drawn back inside. Empowered by the Qi Guang Technique and all his other Light Magic, he transford completely into a Giant Light Dragon, suffused with a resplendent glow.
Defying the imnse pressure, the dragon—which had just hit the ground—shot back up toward the sky, the force of its ascent shattering the earth below into countless fissures.
The plumting Titan drew back its fist and punched straight down. Its massive arm glowed red-hot from the sheer velocity, showering sparks as it fell.
The Lamp Dragon looked like a re eel in comparison, but Yang An did not flinch or evade, eting the Titan in a head-on collision.
His hundred-foot-long draconic form plunged into the Titan’s massive torso and burst out from its back.
The terrifying heat from his body lted a gaping hole through the Titan’s chest.
The Titan finally crashed to the ground. The land for thousands of ters around shook violently. Vast swathes of earth caved in, and in an instant, soil and rock were thrown skyward like a world-shattering tidal wave.
A great draconic roar echoed across the sky. The Lamp Dragon let out a triumphant cry, its entire body radiating an intense light, blazing like a scorching sun as it looked down upon the earth below.
