Zhang Feiyu was at a loss for words. "Di-Did that illusion actually work?"

Zhang Feiyu thought back to it too and agreed with her. He was so anxious about the conversation with Kong Chuanli that he hadn’t properly looked at anybody today.
Zou Haoran stiffened. "Th-That’s not true! She would have at least heard moving the chair, right?"
"If you wheel the chair real slow, it’s possible to not make a sound. That’s what I did."
"But when!? When would I have t Sir Kong? Zhang Feiyue was the only person who went inside!"
"Yes, he went after you did. Zhang Feiyue said how he went to the pantry for so coffee. You executed your plan at that ti. He was away while Miss. Hu was too occupied. She neither noticed you nor him going inside. Nobody else was there because it was too early.
So you went in and killed him. But Kong Chuanli would have definitely struggled. You wanted to give the illusion that nobody was ever in his office before Zhang Feiyue was. That’s where you made a mistake."
Huojin showed them a photo.
"This is Kong Chuanli in his office."
Hu Linglu made a face. "Hmph. It was a photo taken on his birthday. But why are you showing this?"
"Because Kong Chuanli seems to be a very particular and organized man. You have ntioned that too. The stuff and arrangent in this picture is exactly like how it looks today except for one difference."
Zhang Feiyue said, "...But it looks the sa?"
"It doesn’t. Sothing has changed sides. The tissue box. In this picture, it is to his left. But in his office right now, it is to his right."
Hu Linglu replied after a mont. "Yeah that is strange. He never used to like us touching his stuff too. Not that we ever did but he was always afraid that we would accidentally make a ss."
He smiled. "That’s why it doesn’t make sense that the box would be on the opposite side today. Why would he suddenly change the place? I also got to know that he was a leftie so many things here are aligned to his left. But not this box today. That’s because it fell during the struggle. Sobody picked it up hastily and kept it back but on the wrong side of the desk.
Kong Chuanli’s office door is behind his seat and to the right. So that culprit picked the fallen tissue box and kept it on the right side of his desk because it was the nearest way to quickly leave. He was already panicking. He didn’t have the ti to go around his seat and keep it at its original place. He couldn’t know when Zhang Feiyue would be back or when Hu Linglu would notice that he was gone."
He glanced at Zou Haoran. "So, Mr. Zou. I believe we would find the culprit’s fingerprints on the tissue box. Then it will beco crystal clear if Zhang Feiyue is the culprit or you."
Hu Linglu still had one question. "But all this...seems too preditated. He couldn’t have thought of this plan at the last mont."
"Yes. Everything was planned beforehand. Like you said, he ca wearing a coat today which was unusual for him."
"B-But..." Zhang Feiyue asked, "He couldn’t know that I would be away, right?"
Hu Linglu rolled her eyes. "We all know about your excessive caffeine intake, okay? You always head for so coffee at the pantry whenever you are too tense, which is almost everyday since you have joined the team."
Huojin nodded. "I was about to say that. You had said to , ’I went to the pantry for so coffee as always.’ As always. People eventually notice these kinds of repetitive habits. Zou Haoran also knew. So he could bet on it that you would do the sa again today."
"But why? Why would you kill Sir Kong?" Zhang Feiyue failed to understand, "I never saw you complaining even once-"
Suddenly, Zou Haoran pushed him out of his way and dashed outside the work zone to escape. It left everybody in shock and chaos erupted.
"H-He escaped!"
"So he really did kill his boss!"
Hu Linglu was more speechless at Huojin’s lack of action..
Why isn’t he going after him?
"I will chase after him, Sir!" Xiyang was ready to sprint too when Huojin stopped him.
"Bojing is outside. I have already told him about the real killer. He would see Zou Haoran and he would stop him. Peace~" he grinned and made a V sign.

Bojing carefully placed the fingerprint sample he collected from the tissue box in his bag.
Shilin said, "Now we could prove that Zou Haoran had touched the box."
"Y-Yes!"
He placed his palm on his chest, relieved.
Thankfully, it wasn’t a complicated case for to lose my face!
"That was a good start for my internship," Shilin rrily said.
"R-Really?" His ears perked.
"Of course. How you handle a body, how you take care of the scene - It was a good learning experience. Please forgive my ignorance if I showed any today."
"N-Not at all! You really l-looked so confident a-and calm despite it being your f-first day...You did a g-good job!"
He brightened. "That ans a lot to . Thank you, Senior Lu."
He looked away, anxious. "N-No problem!"
They walked for so more when Shilin glanced at him with an unreadable gaze.
"W-what?" Bojing asked.
"Oh, I am sorry. I didn’t an to make you uncomfortable. I was wondering about the coincidence. First, I almost crashed into you with my bike and then we t again at the amusent park. I didn’t expect that I would end up working with you."
"Oh y-yes! It does fe-feel that way."
He sighed. "It was a bumr with the park trip. I never imagined an incident in my own group would take place."
"That’s true. Th-That must have felt really terrifying..." Bojing grimly nodded.
"But oh well. At least we could enjoy a little before shit had hit the fan. I especially loved the horror house. Our tunnel was fun."
"...Yeah."
Bojing’s thoughts went back to Yong’s scar. Shilin eyed his daze and guessed what he was thinking about.
"What are you thinking about?"
"Huh? O-Oh well. It’s n-nothing...I was wrong about it a-anyway."
"About what? You can share with -"
"Out of my way!!!"
A loud voice tore through the air, making Bojing jump in fright. He recognized Zou Haoran running towards them.
"The killer! H-He is trying to run away!"
Shilin said, "I will stop him."
"No, no! I ca-cannot put my junior i-in a dangerous situation! Stay aside."
Bojing ca in between and talked to the sprinting Zou Haoran. "Can you p-please stop here? You might crash into and h-hurt sobody..."
Shilin - "..."
He cleared his throat. "Um, Senior Lu. I don’t think...he would listen to your request. He doesn’t look to be in that mood."
Bojing burst into tears. "B-But I am asking so politely..."
"Get out of my way!" He scread breathlessly.
Shilin’s eyes widened. "Senior Lu, you would-"
Bojing stretched his arm forward and placed his palm on Zou Haoran’s chest. It was just with a little force that was enough to knock the air out of his lungs. Zou Haoran crashed back with a hard impact, coughing hard.
Shilin stared at the painfully gasping culprit in silence.
Bojing’s eyes shone with delight and he looked at Shilin assuredly. "Y-you don’t have to be a-afraid anymore, okay? The danger is c-curbed!"
