Jia nodded helplessly. "Their autonomy is a big challenge for my case because Yong might know a lot of secrets."
"Indeed," he smiled with a hint of mystery. "They have always been enigmatic in that sense. The cooperation contract is keeping the Bureau on its toes, is it not?"
"Yes."
He glanced at Mingshen. "It’s the sa story with the Underworld."
Mingshen didn’t bother with a response.
Jia slid her phone in front of him and asked, "Do you rember if it was her?"
Zhuo Syaoran took a closer look, tilting his head as he stared at Yong’s picture with scrutiny. Instead of giving his answer, his black eyes watched Jia intently.
"How will my statent help Inspector Song?"
"My Commissioner will finally have to accept Huayuan’s link with everything and he will lift my restrictions to investigate Yong," she earnestly said.
He stared at her, his gaze steady and probing. "You place quite faith in your system."
Jia blinked in slight puzzlent.

A smile played on his face like a riddle. "You are having tea in the Zhuo family mansion - one of the many families involved in the law-making process of this country."

He simply smiled at her without a response.
"Do you recognize her?" Jia tapped on Yong’s picture again, hoping for the best outco.
Zhuo Syaoran took another look and gave a nod.
Jia’s gaze brightened as if his answer broke the dark clouds of despair shrouding over her forever like a ray of sunshine.
"Are you sure it was this woman? You can take your ti."
"I don’t have to take more ti. I am sure. Yes, it was this woman I saw when her mask fell."
Jia felt as if a heavy burden was lifted off her chest.
I can finally convince Commissioner Zhong now, right?
She bowed. "Thank you so much, Mr. Zhuo. You don’t know how much you have helped ! Will you be able to give your official statent at the Bureau too?"
"Ah. That might be a little difficult for . It is hard for to step out in my sickly condition," his gaze expressed lant.

Jia was inwardly squealing inside.

That was the next big question in front of Jia. She scratched her chin, releasing a sigh.

"I hope so. The solution is quite closer to you than you think."
"Sorry?" She blinked.
He smiled. "I believe no person in this world is impossible to please, whether a leader or not."
Mingshen cut him short with a cold smile. "I believe we are done here."
He turned towards Jia and chirped. "I am starving Spicy! How can a re tea fill my belly?"
Jia threw him a silent glare in disbelief.
That was rude!
"Ah. Indeed, I lacked there. I apologize that I couldn’t offer food."
"No, no," her eyes widened. "There is no need for an apology, Mr. Zhuo. We only ca here to talk to you, not have a feast," she fud, saying the last part while eyeing Mingshen with a killing glare.
"I really appreciate the tea. It was very delicious," she smiled cheerfully.
They stood up to leave.
"Thank you for your ti, Mr. Zhuo."
"My pleasure, Inspector Song."
His gaze fell upon Mingshen and he slowly asked, "How is Dr. Yang’s family?"
Mingshen hadn’t expected that question from him, but it made his expression turn from bad to worse.
"What do you think?"
He was silent for a long mont.
"It has been quite so ti since I t Mr. and Mrs. Yang."
"How about we keep it that way?" Mingshen smiled frostily.
He said nothing.
Jia swallowed a gulp with the air of a bubbling confrontation taking root. She quickly grabbed Mingshen’s arm and pulled him away two steps back.
"I am sorry. Mingshen is in a bad mood today."
He smiled lightly. "Unfortunately, it’s always bad when I am in the vicinity. But...I really hope for otherwise. I would like to et the spirited Dr. Yang Mingshen like he is to everybody else."
Mingshen stared at him acutely.
"I must say...your dreams are as paralyzed as your body, Mr. Zhuo."
