Mingshen sheepishly waved his hand. "Spicy, I feel so emotional that you ca to et on your own. Are you in loooooveee with ?"
"Do you want to stomp on your foot like I did with Huojin? Then there will be another body part of yours which will be sick."
He waved in dismissal again. "Who is sick?"
"Just open the door," Jia dryly said and pushed the door inwardly.
Mingshen stumbled sideways but tried to stand straight with pride. He looked at his palm leaning on the doorfra and swiftly adjusted his pose as if he was so hooligan towering over a helpless woman.
Jia eyed him from head to toe and touched her chin thoughtfully.
Mingshen shyly grinned. "Spicy, your passionate gaze is making tickle in my heart~ You should leave before this handso devil pounces on you~"
"Heh. Pounce on with your hunched back?"
"..."
"That is a little insulting Spicy..."
"Trying to hide that you are sick is also insulting my intelligence. What happened?"
He waved his hand dismissively. "Nothing happened-"
"You wave that hand again and I will break it to add with your hunched back."
His brow heavily twitched.
"I just sprained my back, that’s all. No biggie~"
Jia threw him an acute gaze. She looked around the flat which was partly still a ss from his moving. Not everything had been unpacked and arranged.
She casually strolled around and went into his bedroom.
Mingshen exclaid from afar. "Spicy, you will give wrong ideas! Please don’t play with my fragile heart."
Jia frowned looking at the bed and stepped out of the room again. "I thought you had brought your king size bed with you."
The corner of his lip faintly twitched. He laughed. "Why would I do that?"
"Clearly, this bed is small for your fra."
"Of course it’s not small! Do you want to imply that a rich young master cannot adjust in this apartnt?" He sniffled. "Your words stab , Spicy."
"Shut up! You act like a drama queen again and I will zip your lips shut."
"Just how many body parts of mine are you targeting, Spicy? My foot, hand and my lips too? Spicy, why do I feel kinky vibes from your threats?"
Jia shook her head and released a sigh. "You couldn’t get any sleep last night, could you? Even I feel pain watching this bed. But your king size bed is not going to fit in the small room here."
He looked confident. "I will manage it."
"Like how you managed to get a back sprain? Sure."
Jia walked back to his side and lifted his arm. She wrapped it around her neck and snaked her other arm around his waist.
Mingshen blinked. "What are you doing?"
"Taking you to my ho?"
He stared down at her. "Are you serious about the kinky play?"
Jia ignored his babbling and walked out with him.
Mingshen stared at their bodies pressing against each other as she supported him to walk steadily. Her fingers seed to tickle his waist where they held. He gazed at the bridge of her nose and the outline of her delicate eyelashes. He stared at the her long black hair flowing smoothly at her back while a part of it locked behind her ear. He studied the curve of her chest and waist with great detail at that extrely close angle.
"What are you staring at?"
"Are you wearing the new bra we shopped together last night? Looks like it’s a perfect fit."
"Do you want to drop you dead?"
"I am more than happy to die right now."
She rolled her eyes.
Jia unlocked her apartnt and brought him in. She took him straight to her bedroom and slowly helped him sit.
Mingshen blushed. "You brought here straightaway. Aren’t things moving a little fast, Spicy? I didn’t know-"
She slapped her palm on his lips and warned. "You talk too much."
He stayed quiet.
"Now you are a doctor yourself so you should have already done so basic first aid, right?"
He said nothing.
Jia glared and took her hand off. "Speak when you are supposed to!"
"I have taken so pain killers."
"What about sprain spray or ointnt?"
"...I have done that too."
Her eyes narrowed. "That pause tells you haven’t. Lay down."
Mingshen stared at her. "Seriously?"
"Does it look like I am joking?"
"You can do that in my apartnt too. It will be hard for to go back-"
"Who said anything about going back?" She blinked. "You are the sleeping the night here."
"..."
"Why do you look so speechless? You will kill your back if you spent another night on that small bed. I have a double bed here. Lihua and I used to share this room. Sleeping here would be more spacious and comfortable for you."
Mingshen only continued staring at her. Then he glanced at the bed.
Spending the night here...Why is it evoking so unspeakable thoughts in my mind?
Saying that, Jia went to work and opened her wardrobe. At the corner, there was a small drawer with the dicine box.
"You prefer the spray or ointnt?"
"Ointnt! I want the ointnt!" He raised his hand like a kid in the classroom excited to answer the teacher’s question.
Jia looked back, surprised.
"What was there to get so excited about it?"
Mingshen looked away.
Using ointnt ans she would have to massage my back compared to that spray and I want to have Spicy’s massage at all cost but she will kill if she hears this so just keep your mouth Yang Mingshen.
"I have always found ointnt more effective."
"I see," she shrugged. "Well, you are in luck because I just realized I ran out of pain relief spray."
Yes! YES!!! He danced in his mind and high-fived himself.
Even fate wants to have Spicy’s massage!
Jia frowned. "You look way too excited for a person with back sprain."
"You just don’t understand my feelings, Spicy."
"Yeah sothing tells to refrain from understanding those feelings," she smiled. "Anyway, lay down slowly. I will help you with the massage."
Mingshen laid down on his belly with a blinding light in his eyes.
"I am all yours Spicy!"
