However, the news of Shien being made a noble had spread very quickly, and is also a common topic of conversation, and it quickly spread across every nook and cranny of the Capital.
There are several reasons for this.
One of them is that it's indeed quite rare for soone to be directly made a viscount.
Besides that, Shien himself is quite a well known figure within the Capital recently. Him taming the black dragon of Ataru, revealing the plot of the Garibaldi family, breaking the evil ritual over the Ataru Canyons, and even nearly annihilating the National Knight Order. All those matters basically illuminated him, making it so that he still has a lot of attention on him even now.
Besides that, Shien had also previously subjugated the Old Demon Faction led by Baydr. This made it so that the citizenry who lived through the terror of that Old Demon Faction's assault on the Capital all had quite a good impression of Shien.
There also the fact that the Kingdom is purposefully spreading the news in order to let the nobility and other nations know that Shien was already taken. This way they can wipe out any thoughts that those nobility and foreign countries might have. As such, it ended up also creating even more attention on Shien's ennobling.
Unfortunately though, in a directly opposite reaction to the commoners, many of the nobility are instead very upset with this matter.

"He's just a re viscount. How dare he draw so much attention?"

Unfortunately for them, after several days of screaming, they saw that Shien was still visiting the palace every single day without any issues at all. Thus those nobles also realized that he wasn't soone that they can ss around with so they could only push down their anger and quiet down.
Shien basically just ignored all the clamoring outside. If anyone tries to pick a fight with him, then he'll just kick right back. If no one is making trouble for him, then he'll dive into the magic library below the palace to study hard in attempting to finish learning astro and enchant magic.
During this ti period, Lucy brought Shien several pieces of news.
"Your ennobling ceremony will take place at the end of the month."
At that ti, Shein will need to head to the audience chamber again to accept the King's confernt of his new title.

This is equivalent to showing off one's own connections. Of how many people on on their side. Of whether or not one has the capabilities to create a high quality banquet.
"Generally speaking, a banquet held by soone who was just ennobled tend to be fairly quiet. They'd have very few nobles show up, and most of those would be personal friends. If it's a viscount, there generally also won't be too many guests, but that's not sothing that you'll need to worry about."

Shien even wants to bring Yulin over.

Those people responsible for taking care of the demonic beasts also didn't care to approach Yulin at all. The mont they get close, they'd end up being scared half to death by an angry roar, so every single one of them acted like they were serving a violent tyrant.
Thus, Shien wants to bring Yulin over to stay with him.
If the place that the Kingdom is giving Shien is big enough, then he wants to build a dragon's nest specifically for Yulin to stay in.
