Chapter 397: The Legendary Suicidal Move?

Shien caught Lilith and chuckled.

Shien patted Lilith’s head, comforting the seemingly frightened little girl.
Although he felt that Lilith’s reaction was a bit excessive, even if she hadn’t intervened, Shien could have handled the situation. Her actions and worry were sowhat unnecessary, but this was a sign of the little girl caring too much about him, and Shien wouldn’t fault her for it.
Airi, on the other hand, simply stood there from beginning to end, not moving a muscle, her expression unchanged.
“What are you playing at?” Airi reprimanded Shien. “You shouldn’t have fallen for such a simple ambush, right?”

A giant black dragon descended from the sky.
Soon, amidst the panic and commotion of the entire town, the dragon flew away, flapping its wings and heading towards the royal capital.
