Liu Banxia took a turn around the ergency center and, to be honest, these interns are now handling admissions quite competently. At the very least, they no longer have the awkwardness they had when they first started their internship.

Liu Banxia took a glance, "Go ahead and take a few interns with you. From now on, for surgeries like appendectomy or cholecystectomy, don’t just think about enjoying it yourself, consider teaching the interns too."
Miao Rui nodded with a smile, "Teacher Liu, aren’t you coming along to oversee it?"
"What for? There’s a slight challenge; you can do it with a small incision. Be careful when you lift it, go on." Liu Banxia directly signed off on it.

"Open another IV line, initiate rapid blood transfusion and quick blood tests. Connect the ECG monitor, portable ultrasound, Li Hao check the left leg, I’ll do the auscultation."
Following Liu Banxia’s orders, the people in the resuscitation room sprang into action.
"Teacher Liu, blood pressure 60/90, blood oxygen 90," Xu Zhenkai reported quickly after hooking up the ECG.
"There’s quite a bit of fluid in the right upper quadrant, and the blood pressure isn’t rising with transfusion. Move to the OR, liver laceration. How about the leg?" Liu Banxia said, looking at the ultrasound image.

"Dr. Shi and Liu Yiqing are handling the second patient, and the third injured isn’t too severe; Xu Yino and Su Wenhao are handling it," Qi Wentai said as he saw him co out.

Being the chief resident certainly has its benefits, allowing him to hone his response skills and quick triage abilities. But it has a minor downside, the number of surgeries is clearly reduced.

If it cos to this, it ans the bleeding points are too nurous, even with Liu Banxia’s speed, he can’t ensure hemostasis while maintaining the patient’s vital signs.
"OK, anesthesia successful," Xu Jie announced after administering anesthesia.
"Midline abdominal incision, prepare to suction," Liu Banxia said.
As the abdon was opened, fresh blood mixed with clots gushed out, the monitor sounded an alarm, and the blood pressure dropped again.
"Hang another bag, no problem with the spleen, liver... Grade three to four laceration, right kidney laceration. Gauze tamponade for hemostasis, bleeding is too severe," said Liu Banxia after inserting his hand into the patient’s abdon for exploration.
There was no ti to lose, everyone began to operate together.
Xu Jie admired the situation in his heart, it was much like Liu Banxia’s assessnt. Moreover, the exploration just now can be considered a skill, confirming the situation in the abdominal cavity just by hand without surgical field.
