The patient’s mother nodded.
"You’re probably familiar with the typical symptoms of a stroke. However, deep vein thrombosis is sowhat different. It affects the central nervous system, which is why your daughter isn’t displaying common stroke symptoms but is instead in a comatose state," Liu Banxia continued.
"Please be patient for a little while. Doctor Wang will ensure the scan is expedited. We should have a general understanding after the first set of images are processed. If it weren’t for the tal implant in your daughter’s head, an MRI would have been quicker."
"However, based on the current situation, this blood clot might be quite long. You need to prepare yourself for the possibility of surgical intervention."
"Doctor, she can be treated, right?" the patient’s mother asked.
