Man and demon, a chase scene unfolded in the narrow alley.

The Snake Demon was stunned. Before it could even figure out what Lin Yi ant,
it saw Lin Yi leap off the wall.
Just as the dumbfounded Snake Demon assud Lin Yi was running away again,
the next mont,
countless dark shapes flew over the wall, silhouetted against the night sky.
They descended with pinpoint accuracy, right on top of the Snake Demon.
Bricks. It was nothing but bricks.
One after another, they hailed down on the Snake Demon’s position.
With no ti to think, the Snake Demon could only execute its [Snake-shaped Stepping Technique] to evade the projectiles.
Several tis, it tried to burst through the brick storm, leap the wall, and tear Lin Yi limb from limb.
But every ti the thought crossed its mind,
another volley of bricks would co hurtling toward it.
"Damn you, human! You’re so treacherous!"
The constant barrage of bricks beat the fight out of the Snake Demon, and it could only curse as it dodged.

when a voice spoke from right behind it.

The Snake Demon froze in shock and whipped its head around.
To its utter astonishnt, Lin Yi had once again appeared behind it without a sound.
Before the Snake Demon could even react, Lin Yi raised the brick in his hand and brought it crashing down on its head...
