I’m willing to help you get one, but only if you prove your worth and show you’ve got the heart of a dragon!” Cain’s eyes grew sharp, and his battle spirit ignited as he absorbed Zalgrim’s words.
Though he had no idea what kind of trial awaited him, obtaining a dragon bloodline would certainly accelerate his progress on the Tiamat Dragon Path. “What do I need to do?” Cain’s voice was steady, his eyes devoid of fear.

A massive dragon of ice, towering at ten thousand ters tall, strode forward.
The air around him froze instantly, and an overwhelming chill radiated from his body, turning the sky above a pale, icy blue.
His presence was suffocating, the sheer cold emanating from his scales chilling everything in his vicinity.
The air around the ice dragon’s claws cracked and froze, sparkling with crystalline shards as his freezing aura manifested.
Zalgrim turned his glowing eyes toward Cain once more.
“Show the power capable of slaughtering Angels, young man.
