Now reading: Chapter 1312 from The Epic Tale of Chaos vs Order, a Action novel by Redsunworld.

Chapter 1312: Toward the Blazing Wastes Chapter 1312: Toward the Blazing Wastes Cain’s eyes were cold as he surveyed the terrain, littered with the broken bodies of fallen angels and the two shattered Sun Church Golems.

The once-majestic landscape was now a wasteland of scorched earth. Inside his stomach resided one Archangel and twelve Stellar Abyss angels.

Yet even that was not enough.

Opening his mouth, Cain unleashed the power of the Oniric Truth of Gluttony, generating a swirling vortex that drew all the broken bodies and massive war weapons into his being. While he could not attain Legendary Innate Abilities from the dead-their black holes had already collapsed-he could still consu their vitality, energy, and remnants of spirit power.

This was essential not only to evolve his black hole to Level 31 but also to nurture his True Doomsday Body.

“To awaken the Fifth Doomsday Star, I will need even more energy than to evolve my Stellar Abyss Black Hole into a Void Eclipse.” A complicated smile crossed Cain’s face as he realized just how gargantuan the energy requirents of the Neo-Demon Path were.

Thanks to his True Doomsday Body, he could exchange blows with a Peak Void Eclipse superpower like Michael, despite being just a Level 30 Early Immortal Dragon, so it made sense it would demand so much.

The rest of the Ancient Dragons and Saintesses gazed upon the demonic dragon as he consud the corpses and the treasures they carried.

While those could be considered their spoils of war, none of them dared to utter a word.

The Ancient Dragons already venerated Cain; his feats had earned their respect and loyalty.

They were more than willing to give up those treasures if it ant strengthening their leader.

As for the Saintesses, while they were not entirely pleased, they recognized that Cain was nearing the level of a superpower, and strength must be respected.

They exchanged glances but remained silent, acknowledging the reality of their situation.

However, there was one who did dare to call Cain’s attention.

“Ahem,” ylin cleared her throat, her voice cutting through the silence.

Cain awoke from his internal analyzing as ylin called to him.

He looked up at the Prima Depravita with a wide smile but noticed the sharp glance she gave him.

Her eyes held a mixture of reproach and amusent.

“You are being a little too greedy, just like when we were young,” ylin remarked.

She didn’t mind that Cain took the broken Golems, but the treasures from the angels that the saintesses and dragons had defeated should belong to them.

“Hahahaha,” Cain couldn’t help but laugh at her words.

A feeling of relaxation washed over his mind and body as he enjoyed the mont.

Although his ti in the Demon King Castle had granted him many fortunes, it was all very stressful and dangerous.

It was important to relax from ti to ti, and ylin’s familiar teasing provided that respite.

“I was going to give them back,” he replied with a grin.

“You know better than that.” ylin raised an eyebrow skeptically.

“Do I?” she teased.

“Sotis I wonder.” He shook his head, still smiling.

Turning to Eldrick and Amara, who stood nearby, he opened his mouth and sent the space rings from the angels he had not personally slain to the duo.

“Divide the loot evenly among everyone,” he instructed.

All the dragons and Saintesses showed wide smiles as they anticipated the wealth the angels had carried.

The Sun Church was known for its riches, and the spoils would greatly benefit their own forces.

However, they did not allow themselves to beco distracted.

Their eyes soon grew sharp again as they considered their next move.

“Should we head to the Blazing Wastes?” Zalgrim’s deep voice broke the montary calm.

His eyes were cold and full of killing intent as he gazed into the distance.

It was clear to all that an all-out war had begun between the Tiamat Sect and Moon Cult against the Sun Church.

They currently held the advantage: the forces that had entered the Prival World were all dead, their ambush overturned, their infantry decimated, and one of their Archangels killed.

If they attacked the domain of the Sun Church right now with all their power, they could end the war in one decisive strike.

Cain could feel all eyes focused on him, awaiting his decision.

A sharp light appeared in his eyes as he took a mont to sift through the mories he had obtained from Loyd.

It didn’t take long for Cain to gain a thorough understanding of the Blazing Wastes.

“We will go,” he finally said, “but I doubt we can enter the Sun Church’s domains.” Those words puzzled the dragons and Saintesses.

Murmurs spread among them as they exchanged uncertain glances.

“What do you an?” Eldrick asked, frowning slightly.

Cain did not offer further explanation.

“You will understand once we reach that place,” he assured them.

His tone left little room for argunt.

Trusting in his judgnt, they nodded though curiosity and concern lingered.

The Blazing Wastes were notorious-a treacherous region that served as a natural barrier to the Sun Church’s stronghold.

Cain then adopted a battle stance in the sky, drawing the attention of everyone present.

He positioned himself as if he were about to unleash a powerful punch.

Confusion appeared on the faces of the dragons and Saintesses.

They did not understand Cain’s move, as there were no enemies around them. None uttered a word as more and more energy began to coalesce around the fist of the dark dragon.

Sparks of dark lightning danced around his arm, and an aura of destruction enveloped him.

It took only a few minutes for the energy to reach an overwhelming level.

Cain’s eyes glowed with an ethereal light, the power of the Oniric Truth of Destruction flowing around his fist.

The energy was palpable, a maelstrom that threatened to consu everything in its vicinity.

With a swift and decisive motion, he struck the air in front of him.

“CRACK!” A resounding crack echoed for hundreds of kiloters as Cain seed to punch through the very fabric of space.

The sky rippled, and a shockwave spread outward, causing the dragons and saintesses to brace themselves.

The atmosphere itself seed to split, revealing a swirling vortex of energy.

In the next second, the vortex was transford into a massive portal.

It was vast, large enough to accommodate even the largest of the dragons.
