Chapter 1421: Facing a Peak Divine Transcendence Master Chapter 1421: Facing a Peak Divine Transcendence Master “rit.” The word echoed in Cain’s thoughts the instant he recognized the bright purple energy flooding into his body.

He knew this force well-rit was the power that the Arsenal Module employed to build Rebirth Marks, those extraordinarily powerful runes that granted remarkable regenerative abilities and the capacity to burn a portion of one’s life force without incurring permanent harm.

Such Marks had always been extrely useful and were considered among the key tools Cain had once relied upon during the War Against Dark Sky.

Cain’s body already had a Rebirth Mark engraved in it.

Yet, after his physique and vitality grew well beyond the scope of a normal Divine Transformation Master, that old Mark no longer served much purpose, which was why, as he watched this new stream of purple energy, he felt little excitent initially.

However, the mont the purple stream made contact with his flesh, the Rebirth Mark he had gained during the First Layer ignited.

His entire body felt like it was scorched from within as the runes etched inside and out were set ablaze.

The Mark fused all its latent power with this fresh stream of rit, unleashing a searing flash of pain.

Cain clenched his teeth, his eyes burning with fierce resolve as his willpower anchored him through the agony.

Luckily, it did not last long.

Only a few seconds later, a halo manifested in his right hand, flickering with arcane brilliance.

Cold sweat blanketed Cain’s skin as he peered at the luminous ring.

It resembled the incomplete Tier I Rebirth Mark he had obtained from the First Layer, yet the runic lines forming it had multiplied nearly tenfold.

“Amazing.

I can’t comprehend even a fraction of it, even with my current perception,” Cain muttered in awe.

A slow smile then lifted the corners of his mouth.

If he could forge a new Rebirth Mark compatible with his present, extrely advanced body, he would beco an even more formidable force.

His Indestructible Herculean Body already conferred extraordinary durability, so pairing it with a potent Rebirth Mark would make him an unstoppable killing machine. Thrill and excitent coursed through his veins.

Wasting no ti, Cain dashed deeper into the Death Forest, his grip tight around the Spear of Doom. Less than ten minutes later, Cain found himself confronted by five Late Divine Transcendence Masters, each of them lunging at him with overwhelming destructive power.

Even so, he evaded their strikes using The Flow, guiding his body gracefully away from their attempts to corner him.

Mastery over Space-Ti Laws underpinned his swift maneuvers, letting him anticipate and negate the Soul Automatons’ ferocious attacks.

In retaliation, he unleashed the Spear of Doom, enhanced by Star Fire Power and his Laws, systematically dismantling the enemy’s defense.

The resulting confrontation was more akin to a massacre: the Soul Automatons blew to pieces, their forms disintegrating into dark fragnts that lded back into the pillars.

Each ti one fell, more streams of bright purple energy rged with the halo on his right hand.

Of course, Cain harbored no illusions that he might complete his new Rebirth Mark so soon.

Still, each infusion of rit brought him one step nearer to that goal, and his real purpose here was to test his current power’s boundaries.

Combat-especially at this level-remained the clearest thod to gauge how far his abilities had progressed.

He road between the tallic columns, the Spear of Doom gleaming, ready to strike.

The synergy of The Flow, Space-Ti Laws, and his unstoppable body turned him into a whirlwind of lethal strikes.

Eventually, after another thirty minutes, a Soul Automaton appeared that made every instinct in Cain’s body scream danger-even though he wore the Fallen Archangel Battle Set.

This one stood barely one and a half ters tall, its fra thin, lacking any obvious physical power.

Yet the Laws raging around it were unlike anything he had experienced before, a power so intense it enveloped the creature like a tempest.

The Soul Automaton’s aura flared, and before Cain could move, hundreds of fireballs materialized around him.

It was as though the automaton had transford the oxygen itself into fire.

They lunged at him instantly, traveling at a speed too great for him to fully dodge.

Cain’s eyes glowed with a radiant golden light, harnessing The Flow to shift so of the fireballs’ trajectories, causing them to collide with each other in midair.

Still, nearly a dozen crashed into him.

“BOOOOOOOOMMMMMM!” A thunderous explosion of fire swept around Cain’s figure, igniting the surroundings in a maelstrom of flas.

Though he rose quickly from the blasts, burn wounds now riddled his body.

The energy embedded in the explosive attack etched further into his flesh, worsening the injuries and hindering the Concept of Life from fully activating his usual regeneration.

A coldness swirled in Cain’s eyes, layered with lethal intent.

Without pausing, he dived toward the Soul Automaton, mobilizing an outrageous speed born of Star Power and Space-Ti Laws.

But just as Cain closed in, the automaton dissolved into millions of specks of fire, reappearing hundreds of kiloters overhead.

There, it lifted its hand, summoning a colossal ball of fla as enormous as Leviathan.

The inferno raged across the sky, aiming to crush him in a single, decisive blow.

Cain’s gaze flickered with deliberation.

He briefly considered employing The Flow to derail the assault but sensed a stream of spirituality fused within the fire.

That aspect suggested the spell itself might be alive in so sense, rendering it capable of countering his abilities.

Rather than gamble, Cain pivoted, retreating with surprising speed.

Luckily for him, while Soul Automatons were designed to fight until their energy reserves ran dry, they were also programd not to pursue an enemy that fled outside their combat range.

The automaton’s spell collapsed once Cain escaped its domain, and it returned to the Death Pillar from whence it ca.

He did not stop retreating until he completely exited the Death Forest.

At last, he looked back over his shoulder, a somber expression weighing on his features.

“Are Peak Divine Transcendence Masters really so outrageously powerful?” Cain had managed to face more than five Late Divine Transcendence Masters at once without any real trouble, but a single Peak Divine Transcendence Master had forced him to run.

The disparity shook him.

The chasm between Late Divine Transcendence and Peak Divine Transcendence lood larger than he had anticipated.
