No matter how obvious it was that the energy beams couldn’t reach him, Lady Azure continued controlling them separately, never rging them.
“It doesn’t matter.” Cain’s smirk sharpened as he stopped dodging. Instead of continuing to evade, he suddenly dropped down, landing firmly on the ocean floor, standing completely still.
The four beams locked onto him, shooting toward his unmoving figure. And at the last mont, Cain’s golden eyes blazed as his hands snapped outward, catching all four beams.
His arms moved like serpents, pivoting each energy blast’s trajectory.
