Chapter 1683: Obtaining Gravity Star Power

Despair and horror flooded Alexander’s eyes as the devastating realization hit him: the hand embedded deep within his chest wasn’t just piercing—it was gripping tightly around his beating heart!

“No!”

That was the only word the Middle Prima Deity from Divine Sea Heaven’s camp managed to utter before Cain rcilessly tore his heart out, leaving a bloody and gaping wound behind. The battlefield froze in stunned silence for a heartbeat, both armies montarily forgetting their own battles, their eyes locked onto the grisly spectacle unfolding before them.

The war had barely comnced half an hour ago, and already a powerful Prima Deity had fallen!

Shock and awe filled the eyes of the Divine Calamity Heaven’s side, while pure hatred and loathing ignited fiercely within the ranks of Divine Sea Heaven’s army. Cain’s rciless actions were an unforgivable insult, a humiliation to their pride, instantly marking him as a pri target.

A collective wave of murderous intent surged from their ranks, each cultivator subconsciously marking Cain as their mortal enemy.

Cain, however, paid no attention to the gazes of admiration or loathing directed at him. His focus was utterly consud by the still-throbbing Rebirth Heart in his hand.

Feeling the imnse energy pulsating within—particularly the celestial body held inside—excitent and ambition burned fiercely through his veins. His choice to target Alexander had not been random or impulsive. It was a calculated move, ticulously planned.

Alexander was a powerful Astral Prima Deity wielding the Gravity Star Power, and thus his heart housed precisely the type of Astral Supremacy Star Cain desperately needed.

Cain’s eyes narrowed sharply as he sensed the Astral Supremacy Star trying to escape Alexander’s heart, struggling to return to the higher dinsions. Before, he would have been powerless to stop such a phenonon—but now he had the perfect thod.

With a single focused thought, Cain transported the heart into the storage dinsion of the [Gluttony Module].

“BOOM!”

A trendous explosion erupted inside that dinsion. A dark, massive star manifested within, almost as large as a small world. Waves upon waves of pure Gravity Star Power radiated from it as it struggled furiously to escape confinent. Yet, no matter how violently the star surged, it remained trapped, gradually becoming fuel to empower Cain’s body and essence.

The sight of Cain not only brutally extracting Alexander’s heart but successfully trapping his Astral Supremacy Star shocked even the most experienced Prima Deities. Their minds raced, speculating about the mysterious and powerful treasures Cain possessed.

Their shock only intensified when suddenly, a massive scarlet gate—vast as an entire city—materialized ominously behind Cain.

As the enormous gates slowly swung open, revealing the dinsion hidden beyond, even the strongest cultivators felt their instincts scream out in primal fear. The sheer malevolence and insatiable hunger emanating from within was indescribable.

Cain wasted no ti. Without hesitation, he seized Alexander—whose life force teetered on the brink of extinction after losing his cultivation core—and coldly thrust him directly into the horrifying embrace of the Scarlet Throne.

Alexander’s desperate, terrified expression remained burned into everyone’s mory just before the scarlet gates slamd shut, disappearing completely.

Before the onlookers could fully process what they had witnessed, Cain’s entire body trembled violently, pulling their attention once again to him. They watched as every single cell within his body began glowing with radiant cosmic energy.

The intricate harmony between the Laws and Star Powers coalesced perfectly within Cain’s cells, generating a powerful, self-reinforcing force field that expanded outward, enveloping his entire body.

“ZNNNN!”

Precisely as the powerful force field erged, the shrill sound of space being sliced apart echoed above Cain, and everyone saw a shadowy figure abruptly materialize, blade in hand.

The newcor displayed astonishing mastery over the Law of Space—sohow managing to teleport despite the greatly increased density of universal Laws.

The shadowed assailant lunged downward, aiming his small yet lethal sword directly at Cain’s vulnerable point—the soft area where the skull t the spine. Without protective bone, even a minimal strike there could easily be fatal, piercing straight through flesh into vital nerves and arteries.

“CRACK!”

Or at least, that was what the attacker believed, until his blade shattered like glass upon striking Cain’s seemingly impenetrable flesh. Shock and horror surged through the shadowy figure’s mind. How could a re man’s flesh possess the density and durability of a Prima Deity-level artifact?

Before he had a chance to fully comprehend this unexpected disaster, Cain swiftly turned around. A cold, ruthless smile stretched across his face as he swung the mighty Shooting Star Dragon Halberd with devastating force.

“ZNNNNNNNNN!”

Barely escaping death, the shadowy figure managed to teleport away at the last possible instant. However, when he reappeared in the distance, a long and deep gash marred his shoulder, so severe it nearly severed his arm. Agonizing pain and disbelief painted his features clearly.

Cain’s smile only deepened, turning darker and more brutal at the sight of his opponent’s grievous wound. A thought crossed his mind, clear and confident.

“Completing the first stage of the Third Level of the Indestructible Herculean Technique has greatly enhanced my control over space-ti.”

Cain barely had a mont to savor his accomplishnt, his intent fully focused on chasing down the wounded shadowy assailant. He had burned significant amounts of his soul and life force in the rapid takedown of Alexander, but the Royal Rebirth Mark within him ensured his core essence and overall battle power remained perfectly intact.

Yet just as he moved forward, Cain’s instincts abruptly scread danger. His eyes narrowed sharply, and he spun around, barely in ti for his halberd to et a spectral hand aid precisely at his back.

Cain locked gazes with this new attacker, sensing imdiately that the newcor’s strength vastly exceeded Alexander’s. The unexpected adversary radiated an intense aura, clearly belonging to a more experienced and formidable foe.

Cain scoffed coldly, a fierce excitent igniting once more in his eyes. He spoke aloud with grim amusent, his voice calm yet deadly.

“Hmph, you people truly are full of surprises.”
