Chapter 1724: Worldcell Ascension thod

Cain’s eyes narrowed slightly as he heard those words, turning his head slowly to face Andrew. The son of Divine Calamity had chosen to side with Zoro against him. Whether this decision stemd from genuine camaraderie with the Inferno Daemon or lingering animosity towards Cain was a mystery.

“It doesn’t matter why,” Cain thought coldly. “What matters is that re words won’t suffice now.”

Cain’s gaze shifted between the two formidable Peak Prima Deities standing to his left and right. Even if his plan had been flawlessly executed, even if no evidence existed that could directly implicate him, it was clear they intended to declare him guilty regardless. In their minds, truth was secondary to pride, and Cain knew exactly what that ant.

A heavy tension rose sharply as every Prima Deity in the fortress collectively held their breath. A sense of danger enveloped the area as Cain prepared himself ntally and physically.

“If re words are insufficient,” Cain spoke softly, yet his voice resonated with icy determination, “and if I am to be treated unjustly, I will not simply lie down and accept it.”

As Cain uttered these words, a powerful, resonant heartbeat thundered through the surroundings, its force nearly tangible. His skin turned a vivid crimson, energy surging through his veins like molten lava, and a crushing, oppressive force radiated outward. It was as if a mighty primordial storm had suddenly been unleashed.

Andrew and Zoro’s eyes widened involuntarily, their bodies instinctively tensing as they felt Cain’s explosive aura. The dramatic rise in his strength since their last encounter was startling and undeniable. Yet, despite their surprise, the duo was far from prepared to back down.

Both n were Peak Prima Deities—pillars of an Oga Lord Tier organization. Allowing soone like Cain to openly manipulate or challenge their authority was inconceivable. Their pride simply wouldn’t permit it.

Simultaneously, their expressions hardened, and their own energies began to rise in response. Storm clouds gathered ominously overhead, darkening the skies as they spread rapidly outward, signaling an impending cataclysmic battle.

Cain felt no fear at the thought of battling the two powerful figures simultaneously. On the contrary, excitent surged within him at the prospect of sealing their souls into the Scarlet Throne and devouring their Astral Supremacy Stars.

However, logic tempered his impulses swiftly. He understood clearly that openly fighting the two Peak Prima Deities could easily be interpreted as a direct affront to Divine Calamity.

“I cannot offend an ArchDeity. At least, not yet,” he acknowledged to himself, releasing a soft sigh and shrugging casually.

Just as a fight seed inevitable, Cain calmly raised one hand, and with a simple gesture, he summoned forth a corpse, presenting it in clear view of everyone present.

In an instant, Andrew and Zoro froze in their tracks, all hostility evaporating as they stared in shock. Without hesitation, the duo extended their psychic power and soul force, examining the corpse ticulously, desperate to confirm its authenticity.

“There is no doubt,” Zoro murmured, voice laced with disbelief. “This is Michael’s body.”

Andrew’s eyes sharpened, carefully assessing the remains. “There are still traces of spiritual energy lingering. He must have died less than twenty-four hours ago.”

A profound silence enveloped the fortress. The realization was unmistakable—Cain had orchestrated events masterfully. He had used Zoro to weaken Michael, then imdiately ambushed and slain the wounded Peak Prima Deity.

Andrew and Zoro exchanged a heavy glance. While Cain had indeed manipulated events and deceived them, his actions had ultimately resulted in a trendous strategic victory: the death of a key figure within the Triumvirate of Divine Sea Heaven.

That was an achievent that would undoubtedly earn the approval and even praise of Divine Calamity.

If they continued to punish or fight Cain now, their actions would only serve to weaken their position politically and militarily. Not only would they risk displeasing higher authorities, but their confidence in victory had also significantly diminished.

After all, even wounded, Michael was a top-tier figure from Divine Sea Heaven and would have possessed countless hidden trump cards. If Cain could defeat and kill such a powerful figure, he certainly posed a lethal threat to both of them as well.

The situation grew increasingly complicated as Andrew and Zoro silently struggled to find a way to handle it gracefully. Then, unexpectedly, Cain’s heartbeat slowed back to a normal rhythm, and the oppressive force dissipated as quickly as it had co. His deanor softened visibly, and an amicable smile returned to his face.

“I do not wish to fight,” Cain stated plainly, his voice filled with calm authority. “I ca here solely to claim my reward. Afterward, I’ll return to the battlefield—to continue hunting.”

Andrew’s eyes narrowed suspiciously, scrutinizing Cain intensely for several seconds. Eventually, seeing no deceit in Cain’s expression or posture, the Atrox-Inferno Hybrid relaxed slightly, letting out a breath and nodding curtly.

“What reward do you seek?” Andrew asked cautiously.

Without hesitation, Cain replied with clarity and certainty, “I want the Worldcell Ascension thod.”

Cain desired an indestructible physical form capable of enduring catastrophic amounts of damage without breaking. Moreover, given his Primordial Constitution, such physical strength would seamlessly translate into unmatched soul defenses as well.

Andrew paused, then finally nodded slowly. Turning towards the ancient pyramid at the heart of the fortress, he activated its powers. A second later, an extraordinary book erged, radiating an imnse, ancient aura. The sheer weight of its presence felt as tiless and profound as the universe itself.

Cain’s eyes glowed with barely contained excitent as he observed the book—the ArchDeity Rank Technique he’d desired. Without prolonging the mont further, Andrew swiftly passed the sacred to to Cain.

Cain imdiately fused a portion of his Ego Wave into the book, imprinting it securely before storing it safely within his Inner World.

With his prize secured, Cain descended toward his clone atop the fortress city. A pleased smile spread across his face as he swiftly collected space rings and spatial containers from the clone.

“Hahaha,” Cain chuckled quietly, the sound filled with satisfaction and triumph.

Cain offered one last fleeting glance toward Zoro and Andrew before flashing away into the distance—a streak of brilliant light vanishing into the horizon.
