Chapter 1754: The red eyes that froze ti

Cain could still feel the Origin Power flowing steadily into his body and soul, each surge of energy enhancing him with terrifying strength. But right now, his attention was fully consud by what lood overhead—the Crimson World Matrix.

Unlike the radiant, noble thread that had synchronized with ylin, Cain’s connection was to sothing darker—sothing vast, ominous, and incomprehensibly ancient.

The thread that aligned with him pulsed with an eerie force and the power it represented felt like a hunger that devoured all, assimilating existence itself. It was not only a consuming force, but one that twisted and corrupted, endlessly replicating itself and extending in every direction like a plague of divine scale.

To most, this would have inspired fear. But Cain only smiled, his eyes flashing with excitent and awe.

He had long transcended simplistic moral constructs like good and evil. The world was not black and white—it was an ever-shifting tapestry of greys, where destruction could lead to rebirth, and corruption could foster wisdom. Even a power as malevolent as this could be used for good, so long as the wielder possessed the will to never lose sight of his path.

The Oniric Truth of Gluttony began to glow with overwhelming might. Countless microscopic threads extended from the core of that truth and slowly weaved their way into Cain’s body. As they sank into his flesh, blood, bones, and internal organs, an unfathomable energy surged through him. His entire being was evolving, physically, spiritually, and taphysically to an incredibly high level.

But that was only the beginning.

The threads soon reached Cain’s Soul Dinsion and began rging with the Black Hole at its core. The spiritual vortex deepened and densified, dramatically increasing its energy capacity and defensive strength. It was as though Cain’s very soul had been reforged with divine iron.

Then, the threads went deeper—into the heart of Cain’s True Na.

As they entwined with Reaper Vorax Imperator, they infused his True Na with new levels of force and complexity. The words began to glow, their power increasing dramatically as Cain’s comprehension of the Oniric Truth of Gluttony pushed past its previous limits. This process was standard for any cultivator who reached full mastery of an Oniric Truth.

But suddenly, sothing happened that broke all precedent.

“ZNNNNNNNNNN!”

The space within Cain’s Soul Dinsion began to crack.

Two jagged tears ford in the spiritual fabric of his Black Hole—and then opened wide, revealing a pair of glowing red eyes!

Their presence was ancient, alien, and impossibly powerful. Instantly, an invisible wave of force erupted from Cain’s body, spreading outward in every direction.

Everything froze.

Cain, ylin, Bahamut—all paralyzed.

Birds in the sky halted mid-flight. Worms beneath the soil ceased their crawl. Even the wind itself ca to a standstill. Ti in the entire First Realm had been suspended!

The only entity not affected was the Crimson World Matrix, which remained visible in the sky. Yet even the Matrix seed to hesitate, as if deferring to the terrifying entity with red eyes.

With ti halted, the eyes scanned Cain’s True Na, examining every layer of its essence. After a prolonged mont, they flared brightly—and then the Matrix shuddered.

A new Oniric Truth erged.

The 3001st.

This Oniric Truth did not shimr with divine gold or radiate harmonious light. Instead, it appeared as a deep crimson—a shadowy law of the cosmos, heavy and ancient. Unlike the previous truths, which gently extended threads into the cultivator’s True Na, this one acted differently.

A single, imnse thread, thicker than mountains and longer than entire realms, detached itself from the Matrix and plunged directly into Cain’s Soul Dinsion.

Despite its sheer scale, the thread condensed as it moved, shrinking down with astonishing speed until it could reach Cain’s True Na. But once there, it did not rge with Reaper Vorax Imperator. Instead, it ford two new words—searing themselves into existence.

Vas Hereditatis.

The mont those words appeared, Cain’s True Na flared like a nova. Vas Hereditatis exuded a force that dwarfed even his original True Na. These words pulsed with a power so absolute it felt as though they could overwrite the laws of reality themselves. And then, as mysteriously as they had ford, the words rged with Reaper Vorax Imperator, not replacing it, but completing it—enhancing its authority across the universe.

The red eyes narrowed, using their power to hide the new words, making sure he completed his goal.

The rift in Cain’s Soul Dinsion began to heal, sealing up cleanly as though it had never been torn open.

“ZNNNNNNNN!”

Ti resud.

Wind moved once more. Birds flapped their wings. People blinked.

None of them had noticed a thing.

Everyone—ylin, Bahamut, the other Marked—focused their eyes on Cain with admiration, assuming nothing had changed beyond what was visible. But Cain… Cain frowned.

Sothing was off.

A strange, heavy sensation had settled in his chest. He couldn’t explain it. There was no imdiate pain, no clear threat—but sothing profoundly powerful had occurred, and the sense of disturbance ran deep.

Still, Cain had no ti to dwell on it.

The final thread from the Oniric Truth of Gluttony completed its rge with his True Na, officially marking the 100% completion and assimilation of that Truth. The Crimson World Matrix slowly faded, its work complete.

Cain clenched his fists and took a deep breath. The rush of energy coursing through his veins was so imnse that his very being trembled from the pressure.

“My strength…” he whispered, voice filled with awe. “It’s even greater than when I first attained Mind and Body as One in the Gu World!”

That mont had once marked Cain’s apex—his rise to power during his ti in the Nine Empyrean Suns Universe. Back then, he had reached a level capable of slaying Middle Stage Prima Deities. Now?

Now, his power surged even further. He could challenge Late Stage Prima Deities of the Everstrife Empyrean World and potentially dominate them.

Yet Cain remained focused. The thrill of power was intoxicating, but he had no intention of being distracted.

There was still a massive reservoir of Origin Power at his disposal.
