The rest of the Primarch Deities turned their gazes toward the Sky Sovereign, intrigued by the insight he had seemingly uncovered. The ancient and wise figure did not leave them in suspense for long, swiftly turning around to address them clearly.
"The ultimate goal of the Scarlet Path is to spread across the entirety of the Everstrife Empyrean World," the Sky Sovereign stated firmly. His eyes glead with a sharp intelligence and authority born from countless millennia of experience. "Our King’s strength is unquestionably powerful enough to confront any Archdeity directly and without fear. However, we cannot recklessly attack other Oga Lord-tier organizations without proper justification. Doing so would only unite the entire world against us."
The Sky Sovereign paused briefly, allowing his words to sink in deeply. Enlightennt quickly began dawning in the eyes of his comrades, reflecting their understanding and admiration of the Scarlet King’s strategic mind.
"Precisely," the Sky Sovereign continued confidently, "by allowing others to seize what rightfully belongs to us, we gain a legitimate reason to mobilize our armies into their domains. They have unknowingly provided us with exactly what we needed: a justification for conquest."
Cain’s smile widened with satisfaction as he listened to the Sky Sovereign’s astute analysis. The ancient deity had precisely grasped Cain’s strategic intent. He had intentionally left tempting bait openly available, and opportunistic forces had predictably taken it. The A.I. Chip Module might not have succeeded in locating Divine Calamity, but it would effortlessly identify those who had dared enter and plunder the fallen Oga Heavens.
"Since there’s nothing else to discuss, let us begin," Cain declared decisively. With a simple wave of his hand, a srizing fla containing thirty-eight colors appeared, pulsing vibrantly with potent healing energy. Cain quickly began to channel this imnse power, nding the severe wounds of the Sky Sovereign and other injured warriors who were unable to recover on their own.
With their strength fully restored to peak condition, the ten Primarch Deities respectfully perford deep bows toward Cain. Then, united in purpose, they ascended into the sky and imdiately began mobilizing their formidable troops, eager to carry out the Scarlet King’s vision.
With the military aspects swiftly addressed, Cain turned his attention to another critical matter: governing and organizing logistics for the rapidly expanding Scarlet Kingdom. It did not take long for Minxet, Razputin, and the other Chief Counselors to appear within the cultivation abode. Each imdiately perford respectful bows toward Cain, their eyes filled with genuine awe and reverence.
Although these six individuals were not warriors like the Primarch Deities, their wisdom, intellect, and administrative capabilities were indispensable. Cain deeply admired them, understanding well that without their strategic minds and organizational skills, the Scarlet Kingdom would not have been able to withstand the overwhelming forces of the Archdeities’ Triumvirate.
These Chief Counselors had coordinated millions of rune masters to establish the massive Everlife Continent Formation, safeguarding the lives of trillions during the brutal war. Their value, therefore, was equal to—even if different from—that of the mightiest warriors.
"You have all perford exceptionally," Cain addressed them warmly, pride clear in his voice. "The Sky Sovereign and the others have already set forth to dominate the territories once controlled by the World Breaker and the Lord of the Last Step. Their mission includes capturing alive five Primarch Deities marked for extermination."
As soon as they heard Cain’s announcent, the eyes of Razputin, Wanton, Sebastian, Kamila, and Zarona brightened dramatically. Excitent surged through their veins, evident in their eager expressions. Their dedicated efforts were about to be richly rewarded. Soon, each would possess powerful bodies capable of shattering mountains and evaporating oceans.
However, what truly thrilled them was the prospect of possessing bodies that required little rest, minds capable of operating many tis faster than before. This transformation would allow them to perform their crucial duties with unprecedented efficiency and effectiveness.
Cain easily sensed the excitent and anticipation emanating from the Chief Counselors, and his smile widened approvingly. However, the joy in his expression quickly shifted into solemn authority, instantly drawing the full attention of all six counselors, who imdiately adopted serious expressions, awaiting his instructions.
"Your next mission is straightforward but crucial," Cain declared clearly and resolutely. "You must ensure the full proliferation of the Scarlet Path throughout every corner of the Everlife Continent. From the largest cities to the smallest villages, everywhere must beco a sanctuary where people can think freely, grow without restriction, and carve their own paths without racial prejudice or unfair influence. Our realm must also be a place where mortals choosing peaceful lives can live without fear of pain and oppression, and where justice reigns absolutely."
The six Chief Counselors nodded solemnly, determination and purpose illuminating their eyes as fiery red flas briefly surged within them. They wholeheartedly believed in the Scarlet Path and understood deeply that through it, civilization could evolve beyond all previous limitations. They committed themselves entirely to fulfilling Cain’s grand vision.
"My Lord, what policy should we implent concerning cris among cultivators?" Minxet respectfully asked, voicing the group’s shared concern. Everyone knew Cain held an uncompromising stance against harming mortals, but matters beca more complicated regarding conflicts among cultivators. Those who chose the path of cultivation inherently accepted greater risks, including violent confrontations.
Cain considered this carefully before responding clearly and firmly, ensuring there was no ambiguity. "Cities, towns, and any populated urban areas shall be declared safe havens. Any form of violence, extortion, kidnapping, or similar acts will be strictly forbidden and swiftly punished. However, battles occurring in remote locations, such as forests or hidden ruins, will be permitted, as competition and danger are inherent in the path of cultivation. Nonetheless, any violent, cruel, or depraved acts—particularly those involving sexual assault or similar heinous offenses—will be t with imdiate execution."
Cain understood and respected the harsh realities of cultivation. He himself had killed billions in his path toward greater power, embracing it as the natural order of the universe. However, he would never tolerate cruelty, torture, or the violation of fundantal dignity within his realm. His uncompromising stance against such atrocities was clear and absolute, setting an unequivocal moral standard for his kingdom.
