Right now, I have only accessed the First Level—Umbral Dermis. Yet even this beginning stage has infused my flesh with a flawless layer of protection, equivalent to the armor of an Early ArchDeity."
Cain flexed his arm, feeling the supple, living mbrane shifting under his skin. With the durability of his body—already monstrous thanks to the Eclipse Monolith Inheritance—only attacks at the level of a Middle ArchDeity could possibly breach his defense. And even then, the damage they caused would be minimal, barely scratching the surface.
A thrill coursed through his chest. The goal of his Primordial Body had always been indestructibility. And now, with each new step, that dream drew closer. With this Gift and the rit he had obtained, there was no reason to linger in the Samsara Sacrificial Grounds. After offering a respectful bow to the purple fla, he departed, rising into the skies above the Third Level.
"Legion interrupted ," he thought grimly, "but now is as good a ti as any. System, analyze ."

His stats had skyrocketed. Vitality in particular surged well into the realm of a First Order Neo-Demon ArchDeity. His energy pools, already imnse from the nourishnt of the Ouroboros Cult’s sacred grounds, had expanded even further. Soul Force benefited imnsely from the evolution of his Sacred Organs.
Even his Ego Wave, although still looked at Early Mind and Soul as One, was advancing at a shocking pace thanks to the Scarlet Throne’s ongoing assimilation of Legion’s remnants.
After confirming that the Sky Sovereign and the Scarlet Path elites were thriving, Cain departed silently, returning underground to the chamber before the shattered portal of the Ouroboros Cult.
The flow of life and death radiating from the brothers still flooded this place, saturating it with primal energy. It was a perfect ground for healing—and cultivation. Cain settled cross-legged, breathing deep.
The Samsara Seal stabilized his body, soul, and will, but stabilization was not the sa as healing. The scars of Resurrecion lingered. He drew the twin currents of life and death into his body, circulating them with precision, focusing on knitting the hidden wounds.
But he did not stop there.
If he sought to advance further into the Eclipse Monolith Inheritance, he would require the Proto-Laws of Life and Death. This chamber presented the perfect opportunity. The energy of the brothers nourished him, while the countless souls trapped in the Scarlet Throne had already imprinted insights into his mind.
Cain closed his eyes. Slowly, deliberately, he reached toward the Chaos Before the Laws.
Given his cultivation, the might of his Inner Universe, the feedback from Amon and Bael, and the enhancents of the Crown of Ascension, it was not difficult to deconstruct the Laws of Life and Death. Before long, two Chaos Origin Seeds shimred within his mind—one vibrant with the spark of existence, the other dark with finality.

He turned first to Life.

The Chaos Seed pulsed, transforming into a mantle of serene black energy. It spread across Cain’s Inner Universe, calming its turbulence, freezing its fractures, halting wounds before they could deepen.

Cain exhaled, a long breath leaving his lungs. Power rippled outward, balancing perfectly against the vitality of Optimus Evolution. Life surged forward, stronger with every strike. Death steadied, shielding against the unbearable.
