The goal was to stop them from crossing the Eternity Gate and reaching the King of the Crimson World. However, if they could prevent them from entering the Origin Island at all, it would be even better, since the chances of success would rise exponentially.
Due to the Power of Chaos, the killing intent and determination in Cain's soul transmitted into the True Depravitas around him, intensifying their own desire to slaughter the Ancient One and the Neo-Angels. The invisible pressure spread through the formation, binding their intent as one. The power of the group was so imnse that their killing intent faintly twisted the sky into a red color, as if blood had flooded the air and given it a tallic taste.
"Kill!"
The Demon King roared that single word, his voice vibrating through the laws of the realm. He shared Cain's thoughts. If they stopped the enemy from reaching the Origin Island, everything would beco much easier. More importantly, it would give him a chance to finally take down the Ancient One once and for all, removing a threat that had lurked over the Crimson World for longer than most living beings could comprehend.
In the ti it took a single heartbeat, the Scarlet King, the
Enlightened One, and the eighteen True Depravitas blasted forward, each of them transforming into a star of death and destruction. Space-ti warped behind every step they took, their bodies moving faster than light.
The Neo-Angels imdiately noticed the incoming force. Their eyes burst with the sa killing intent, showing not a single trace of fear. The cores in their hearts began to surge with power, prepared to steal the energy of the universe and trigger their transformation.
The Ancient One, on the other hand, barely glanced at the charging group. Instead, he stared calmly at the eclipse in the distance, as if
nothing before him mattered. Just as the Demon King was about to reach him, the Ancient One smiled and uttered two simple words. "Too late."
The next instant, the eclipse manifested directly before them. It was so imnse that it seed as though a world had appeared in the sky of the Ninth Realm, only to shatter and transform into a singularity so powerful that it swallowed both groups in an instant.
It was such a massive phenonon that nearly every person in the Ninth Realm saw it. While many recognized the spectacle as extraordinary, they also felt their hearts tremble with dread and horror. Whatever lay on the other side of that eclipse was sothing even ArchDeities would be too terrified to challenge.
While the realm trembled in fear, a lone figure erged from the shadows after the forces of the Demon King and the Ancient One faded. That figure crossed the portal in silence.
A few ArchDeities noticed, their divine senses sharpening, and they could not help but wonder who would be so reckless as to enter that realm. Even setting aside the inherent dinsional hazards, the Origin Island was filled with the strongest lifeforms of the Crimson World-none of which would respond kindly to an intruder.
Cain had no idea that a third party had crossed the Eclipse Singularity. Right now, he could barely think at all. He was being dragged through dinsion after dinsion, his senses receiving so much chaotic information that he nearly blacked out several tis. This was especially impressive considering that, with the Power of Chaos, Cain could normally cross Realm Barriers and withstand places with unstable space-ti. But this was simply on a different level.
He had no idea how long he spent crashing across dinsional walls before finally reappearing in the sky of a new world. Just as his mind began to adjust, his eyes widened as he felt gravitational force seize him. A mont later, he crashed into the ground, cracking the earth beneath him.
Cain rose slowly from the impact site, surrounded by a small forest. Confusion appeared on his face as he examined the terrain. His power was imnse-greater than planets-and he could normally defy gravity without thinking. Walking in the air was no different from standing on solid ground. Yet the gravity in this place had surpassed his resistance and slamd him down.
That was not the only detail that confused him. When he touched the fractured earth, he saw that his fall had barely made a few cracks. Because of the many physical alterations to his body, Cain's current weight could compare to that of a star. A free fall from the sky should have created a crater even in a realm with superior laws like the Ninth Realm of the Crimson World. Instead, he had barely dented the dirt.
He clenched his fist and punched the ground. Strength that could have shattered a Middle Alpha-Oga Overgod treasure barely cracked the soil for a few hundred ters. As he analyzed the result of his strike, Cain adopted a solemn expression.
He then raised his right hand and generated a torrent of scarlet flas that blasted forward. Those flas could easily cross light-years in an instant. Here, they barely expanded a few hundred ters before dying down. Even the trees burned slowly, their bark resisting the incineration. The sa flas that could boil an ocean in the Fourth Realm could not instantly destroy a patch of forest. Cain frowned. "My strength did not diminish, nor did the power of my abilities weaken. It is this place. The rules are so powerful that even an Alpha-Oga Overgod can barely harm the ground and the trees. Space is so thick that flas that could extend across countless kiloters barely cover a few hundred ters."
He inhaled slowly and focused his senses, trying to scan the surroundings. His sight and hearing offered only minimal information. When he attempted to spread his consciousness and the scanning power of the Supercomputer Assistant, nothing improved. His power remained his own, but the cosmic might he could unleash outside had been restricted to a fraction of its range.
Cain looked across the strange world and whispered, more serious now than before. "Where did this place co from?"
He did not believe that the Origin Island was a natural part of the Crimson World. The difference between the rules here and those in every other realm was simply transcendental-so drastic that it felt like an entirely different existence had been grafted onto their
universe.
