Book 24 - If You Co at the King, You Best Not Miss

The Nine Empyrean Suns Universe entered a period of growth that was nothing short of unprecedented.

Resources flowed through the Golden Hall at astonishing speed, moving from vaults to displays, from storage to eager hands. Warriors walked its corridors with smiles filled with thrill and excitent, their eyes shining as treasures that could have taken millions of years to uncover were laid bare before them. Artifacts of imasurable value rested openly within reach, no longer hidden behind ancient seals or forgotten ruins.

And that was only the beginning.

The techniques left behind by the Scarlet King were even more astonishing. Manuals and fragnts of enlightennt spread rapidly among the cultivators, each one capable of pushing its reader forward by massive leaps. Many who had been trapped at the edge of their limits felt barriers shatter almost overnight.

Even more remarkable was the number of warriors who reforged their bodies, souls, and minds using the power of the Scarlet Leviathan and the newly created Scarlet Star. That transformation changed everything. The Ego Eternal Path of Power-once considered the most difficult path to traverse- beca increasingly mainstream, with countless cultivators achieving the state of Mind and Soul as One and advancing along it at breathtaking speed.

The Golden Hall buzzed with life, hope, and ambition.

Yet beneath every smile lay a shadow.

No one believed this peace would last.

They all knew what was coming.

High above the Golden Hall stood Anark.

Seven Stars of Origin circled the Primordial's head, radiant and absolute. They belonged solely to him, marking the mont he finally raised his cultivation to the Alpha-Oga Overgod Tier without relying on the Universe Matrix. His presence alone bent space, the sheer weight of his existence placing him among the strongest beings in the universe.

Only the Scarlet King could challenge him now.

And yet, Anark felt no joy.

It was not enough.

Radagon must have recovered much of his strength by now, and worse still, two souls had successfully crossed the gate leading into the Emptiness. The Primordial clenched his fists as his gaze drifted into the distance, toward the domain of his enemies.

The storm was gathering.

Within the Nine Empyrean Suns Universe, there existed one world utterly unlike all the others.

A massive wall of fire and flesh surrounded it, writhing and pulsing as though alive. Even Alpha-Oga Overgods were kept at bay by its presence alone. Simply gazing upon it stirred a sense of revulsion deep within the soul-a feeling that one was witnessing a tumor, an aberration within the universe itself.

Sothing that should not exist.

Sothing that needed to be eradicated before its corruption spread further.

Beyond the fiery barrier, the horror only deepened.

What had once been an Empyrean World filled with life-its laws aligned with the rest of the Nine Empyrean Suns-had been

transford into an abomination beyond asure. The surface twisted into a realm of flesh and decay. Corpses ford the very ground, their faces frozen in eternal agony, blinking and twitching as if still alive.

And that was rely the beginning.

The structure of the Empyrean World itself had been altered. It now existed as a layered realm, much like the Heart of the Root once had- but far larger, far more powerful.

Deeper layers revealed endless waves of abominations, creatures born solely to consu and dominate, their forms shifting and rging in grotesque patterns.

At the core of the World of the Root stood three figures.

One of them was Radagon.

The mighty King of the Root stared downward, his posture rigid, refusing to et the gazes of the other two. He no longer carried the confidence of a ruler who feared nothing.

The first of the remaining figures stood cloaked in deep crimson robes, her form tall and imposing. Multiple pale hands erged from her body-grasping, pointing, clutching-driven by endless desire. Her face was concealed behind a bone mask, partially obscured by clusters of eyes and fingers that shifted constantly.

She did not appear to be one who charged headlong into battle.

She was the kind who drowned battlefields in spells that twisted

reality itself.

Beside her stood her complete opposite.

A colossal, winged fiend towered like a god of destruction. Its massively muscular body was covered in dark, leathery skin, with huge bat-like wings spreading wide enough to blot out the sky. Heavy, ornate armor fused directly into its flesh, chains and skulls embedded into its form. Countless battle scars marked its body-so deep that

they had beco part of its very soul.

The woman's eyes glowed with an imposing aura.

Radagon trembled.

"Tell us, Radagon," she said, her voice layered and distorted. "How do you plan to erase the main obstacle in our path? Tell us your plan to deal with the Scarlet King."

Far, far away from the Nine Empyrean Suns Universe, within the void of the Tenth Empyrean World, Adam stood in silence. His red eyes glowed with a nacing light as he gazed at the scar

torn through the void-the remnant left behind when Cain plunged the Rank Twelve Depravita Astral Supremacy Star into existence. The wound had remained open all this ti due to Adam's power, but

even now it showed signs of instability.

"Ahh..." Adam released a small sigh.

He turned his gaze toward the figure standing beside him.

An old man with a thin yet muscular physique stood calmly at his side.

Bald, with a long white beard, his presence radiated quiet strength

and unshakable resolve.

"I'm sorry, Teacher," Adam said softly.

The old man smiled faintly and shook his head.

"There's no reason to be sorry, boy," he replied. "This is my decision. If

we want to succeed, we must take care of the Scarlet King"

His eyes glead with a strange, nostalgic light.

"Besides... I truly miss my ho," he continued. "And I'm happy to see it again-even if it is at the end of my life."
