Not even thirty seconds had passed, and already the surface of the upper layer of the Worlds of the Root had been set ablaze.

Fire spread in every direction, strengthened by waves of violent radiation that ignited across the corrupted landscape. Entire continents burned as the flas devoured everything in their path, turning forests of mutated flesh and oceans of corruption into seas of

molten destruction.

The Nine Empyrean Suns Universe had never been as sturdy as Paradise. Battles between beings at the level of Alpha Oga Overgods could generate shockwaves powerful enough to ripple across entire galaxies. When such titans fought without restraint, the devastation simply could not be contained.

And now two fused and corrupted Empyrean Worlds had beco the battlefield.

The destruction unfolding there could only grow.

Of course, that was excellent news for Anark and the alliance. The more damage they inflicted upon the enemy worlds, the closer they ca to victory.

The True Primordial of the Void was fighting with everything he had against the Monster of the Root.

Although battling within the Worlds of the Root naturally

strengthened Robuke, the monster had not yet recovered from the damage inflicted upon his soul in previous battles. The relentless warfare of the past months had denied him the chance to heal properly.

Because of that, from the very beginning of this clash he had been pushed back.

Anark attacked with overwhelming ferocity, forcing the Monster of the Root closer and closer to the surface of the upper layer.

His eyes glowed with cold determination.

At the last mont, Anark twisted his body sharply, barely avoiding the massive war axe that descended toward his head. Instead of retreating, he surged forward.

He slamd directly into Robuke.

The impact carried enough force to shake the entire battlefield.

The two titans crashed into the corrupted landmass with terrifying power. Entire continents were blasted into the air as mountains shattered and colossal shockwaves spread across the surface.

Not far away, ylin raised a massive shield ford from the Light of the Flow, just in ti to block a gigantic dragon of fire rushing toward her.

The shield shattered in an instant.

The explosion engulfed the entire area in blazing flas.

Mikela's eyes glowed with cold satisfaction as the inferno swallowed the figure of the True Depravita of Original Sin.

But her satisfaction lasted only a mont.

The ground beneath her suddenly exploded.

A sword shot upward from below like a bolt of lightning, aiming directly for her head.

The Warlock of the Root managed to move at the last possible second, but she was still too slow to escape completely.

The blade carved through her skull.

It sliced through her jaw and tore upward through her brain before bursting out the top of her head. A massive stream of blood erupted into the air.

Even though Mikela possessed an immortal body, the agony was indescribable.

Yet she did not panic.

Instead, she imdiately retreated while her eyes ignited with fury. Her blood began to glow as she transford it into a catalyst for a devastating explosion.

In an instant, the orange liquid radiated terrifying heat.

The Ancestor Flas of the Root surged within it, gathering power so imnse that the coming blast seed capable of tearing a path

straight into the void itself.

The explosion began to form.

But before it could even expand-

It froze.

The burning blood halted in midair.

Then, unbelievably, it was devoured.

Two fingers-the middle and index fingers of ylin's hand-

absorbed the raging flas as if they were nothing more than drifting

sparks.

Golden light filled ylin's eyes.

Using every ounce of her concentration and strength, she activated

Redirection, seizing control of the Ancestor Flas at the very

mont they were about to erupt.

The strain was imnse.

But she succeeded.

Before Mikela could recover from her shock, ylin poured the

stolen power into her sword.

The blade shone with overwhelming energy.

Then she released it.

A massive cannon of destructive power erupted from the sword, roaring across the battlefield toward the Warlock of the Root.

Mikela's eyes widened.

Countless abominations surged toward her instantly, forming a massive cocoon of flesh and corruption in a desperate attempt to

shield her from the blast.

It was useless.

The creatures were incinerated almost imdiately.

The beam smashed directly into Mikela, sending her flying across the

sky like a puppet with its strings cut.

ylin's eyes burned with fierce determination.

The Warlock of the Root was an extraordinarily powerful entity. Opportunities to truly wound her were incredibly rare.

She had to seize this mont.

ylin could suppress her personal emotions when necessary. She

knew how to prioritize the survival of the Nine Empyrean Suns

Universe above everything else.

But deep within her heart, a powerful desire remained.

She wanted to rescue Cain.

If Mikela died, the alliance could finally free enough strength to

venture into the World Forge and retrieve his body.

And if that happened-

There might still be hope.

In the distance, Anark noticed the massive explosion and sensed

Mikela's aura weaken dramatically.

Determination flashed in his eyes.

He dashed forward, each step shattering the corrupted ground

beneath him until he reached Robuke once more.

The Monster of the Root attacked like a cornered beast, swinging his

axe with savage brutality.

But Anark did not retreat.

Instead, he channeled all his energy into his left arm and used it to

block the strike.

The axe bit deep.

It carved through flesh and muscle until it struck bone.

But there it stopped.

And that was enough.

With his right fist, Anark struck.

The blow smashed directly into Robuke's face, driving the Monster of

the Root violently into the ground.

In the next instant, Anark pinned him there.

Then he began to puml him.

Each strike carried overwhelming shockwaves infused with the

Primordial Force of the Void, sending waves of destructive energy across the battlefield.

The two of them sank deeper and deeper into the corrupted

landmass as the impacts shattered everything around them.

The essence of the Worlds of the Root was regenerating Robuke at an incredible speed, constantly replenishing his vitality.

But Anark's assault was even faster.

His fists fell like a storm.

A cold, brutal smile appeared on the face of the True Primordial of the

Void as he realized sothing.

This battle might not only end with the destruction of the upper layer

of the Worlds of the Root.

It might end with the death of the Monster of the Root.

'We can win today!

Just as that thought crossed his mind-

A voice suddenly spoke beside him.

"That will be enough, young Primordial." Anark's eyes widened.

Because the voice had appeared right next to him.
