Just as Cain was pondering about the power of the Warlock System, he noticed a sharp look on Gigant's face, and the next second, the sa expression appeared on his own as he turned to the distance and saw three figures flashing toward the Star Cruiser.

Cain adopted a solemn expression as he saw the trio with shining bronze exoskeleton covering their bodies. Their physical appearance was very similar to Natuo's.

Despite the trio combining their bloodline aura, they were forced to take a step back as the aura produced by Duke Gigant was even more extraordinary.

"What is the aning of this? Even if you are mbers of one of the Ten Great Bloodlines, I am a Duke of the Deus Behemoth Empire!"

Duke Gigant's voice was thunderous, and while Cain felt nothing, the two Apotheosis Masters from the Kraken Clan trembled, and a stream of blood erged from the corners of their mouths.

Marcellus waved his hand to bring out a golden scroll with the image of Cain and the mark of the Deus Behemoth Empire's Imperial Court.

Cain frowned upon seeing this. It was clearly a trap, and soone wanted to set him up. The extent they went to indicated that those enraged by Natuo's death were more powerful than he thought.

Although Cain expected so backlash for Natuo's death, he didn't think it would be to this level, and it seed he had underestimated the situation.

Duke Gigant was surprised to see the imperial order but soon noticed that there were no actual cris associated with Cain and only marked him as a person of interest. Of course, he was smart enough to see this was a trap, but that did not an he could just neglect the Imperial Court's commands.

Marcellus frowned upon hearing those words, and anger appeared in his eyes. He failed to intimidate the Duke with his background, and even after showing the golden scroll, the Duke kept refusing, which he considered a personal offense.

"Duke Gigant, you should consider your actions. I already showed enough respect by bringing the imperial order, yet you still refuse to hand over that asly human. Do you really want to incite the rage of the Kraken Clan?"

Duke Gigant's eyes grew cold as he heard those words. Although he did not want to earn the animosity of one of the Ten Great Bloodlines, he was not the type of person who would abandon his friends. Marcellus imdiately clenched his teeth when he recognized the young man from the Zanginis Clan.

Of course, calling him 'young' was an understatent; after all, Kouto was at least three hundred years old. However, that was young, considering he was a Divine Ascension Master!

Kouto glanced at the trio and did not bother to hide his disdain before turning toward Duke Gigant and clasping his hands.
