Facing the white whale, even though Hilia was startled, rembering that it was a demon she ’casually’ fished, she felt there was nothing to fear. She checked the remaining scrolls and charged with her magic puppet.
As she rushed forward, the white whale emitted an indescribable strange sound wave, directly impacting Hilia’s spiritual power.
Unprepared, Hilia painfully lowered her head on the spot.
Rose didn’t go to save her, just watched from the side.
"She was hurt by the ghost’s spiritual attack last ti and still doesn’t know to protect herself. This white whale is at least teaching her the importance of spiritual protection."

Her body was already covered by the Mage’s Hand, the best counterasure against spiritual attacks being the spiritual-powered Mage’s Hand.
"Now, what can you do?"
The Mage’s Hand transford into a fishing rod shape, virtually held in Hilia’s hand, and was cast towards the white whale.
The fishing line spanned the distance between them, accurately hitting the white whale’s open mouth.
At the sa ti, another thread of spiritual power wrapped around its entire body.
"Pull!"
The ’fishing line’ tightened, and the white whale imdiately let out a wailing sound, its movents restricted.
The magic puppet appeared around it, condensing a giant ice spike in its hands, ruthlessly stabbing into its brain!
Bam!
With a light sound, the white whale shattered, and a bright stream of light flew out from its broken body, rging into Hilia’s body.
"It’s over."
Breathing heavily, the girl felt utterly exhausted.
After so many waves of monsters consecutively, her magic power had been consud massively, leaving very little.
The power from the ascension wouldn’t imdiately replenish magic power, so climbers need to plan carefully.
"This should be the last demon, right?" Hilia muttered, feeling her strength now exceeded Tier Two. Although it hadn’t shown yet, she believed she had indeed stepped into Tier Two.
Looking at the remaining path, Hilia felt at ease.
"This place is indeed terrifying. Out of 195 magic scrolls, I’ve used more than half, leaving only about thirty or forty. My magic power is almost depleted. Compared to those shallow layers, it would be enough for four or five people to ascend."
After taking stock of the gains and with Rose’s reminder, Hilia continued forward.
Not long after, two giant tal pillars blocked her again.

She turned back to look at Rose, "Master Rose, didn’t you say the white whale was the stage’s final boss?"
She didn’t know what a boss ant but understood what a stage ant.
After defeating the stage boss, you tell there’s more?
Rose smiled slightly, "It was the final boss, but that doesn’t an there is only one final boss."

"As you can see, on the journey ahead, more and more stage bosses will appear, just like the little monsters before, hindering your progress."

"Keep fighting, girl. Good luck!"
Hilia took a deep breath, feeling her whole body trembling.

The girl felt like crying but had no tears.
But the path still stretched out, and she couldn’t stop!

She once again tore open a scroll, applying a layer of rock armor to herself and the magic puppet, then charged forward with the magic puppet. Opting for an aggressive strategy, she started with a few ice spikes.
As expected, they ford a magic shield to block the ice spikes.
"Do they only mimic how I rember them?"
Hilia confird sothing and had the Mage’s Hand act imdiately, pulling their shields aside.
The ice spikes hit successfully.
However, by now, the power of these bosses couldn’t be dealt with using just one or two magic spells.
Hilia could only tear open the remaining magic scrolls.
After defeating these two stage bosses, she was left with only twenty-three scrolls, her magic and spiritual power completely drained.
She was unsure if she could continue fighting.
"There shouldn’t be any more, right?"
Even she didn’t believe her own words.
There was still a long way to Tier Two.
Hilia took a deep breath and continued moving forward.
Soon, three enormous tal pillars lay before her.
The girl gasped and let out a desperate shout:
"Ah, seriously, why!?"
She could only grit her teeth and charge forward.
After arduously defeating all three bosses, her magic and spiritual power were utterly drained, managing just barely not to faint.
She was left with only three scrolls, one Wind Vortex Skill, one Rock Armor Skill, and one Blast Burn Skill.
She even had few potions left; she treated them like water this ti to barely win.
"It’s got to be over, right? Anymore would be impolite."
Weakly moving forward, Hilia soon saw four gigantic pillars before her.
Her vision went black, and she directly fell backward.
A hand caught her. Forcing her eyes open, Hilia saw Rose smiling at her.
"You’ve done fantastically; there’s no need to fight anymore."
"I’ll handle what’s left."
