Yue's sudden appearance sent ripples of shock through the audience. Until now, only a select few knew she had mastered spaceti magic.

To the outside world, Yue was renowned solely as the era's most gifted summoner—her other talents remained hidden simply because she never felt the need to display them. But after the previous battle had already exposed much of their true power, Yue no longer bothered to conceal it.

In fact, she welcod the chance to reveal more, if only because it ant spending more ti at Amon's side. Even so, there was sothing far more urgent that demanded their attention.

"The Herald attacked Yval?"

Amon raised his brow while holding onto his expression. Though his face turned grave, he tried his best to remain nonchalant in front of the crowd.

"Yes," Yue replied and decided to mislead Amon this one ti. "Sister Yval did her best, but the Herald took over the Necropolis. Her soul is gravely wounded, and she's now resting in my created realm."

"... will she recover?"

"Yes, I will ensure that."

Yue couldn't tell Amon that the Golden Dragon Progenitor had already evolved into the Dragon Goddess and had beco her Guardian Spirit. At least, not until Yue has gained the confidence of striking down the Goddess Hyades.

"But even though the Herald has taken the Necropolis, she won't be able to unseal the Titans just yet. And even if she did unseal the Titans, it would be the beginning of the end for her."

Despite keeping Amon in the dark about the final enemy, Yue had been transparent with him about everything else. Including the trap she placed within the Necropolis, should Yval fail to protect it. The mont the Herald unsealed her kin, which she would most certainly do, their divinities would be isolated, making them mortal again and susceptible to death.

When that happens, all that Amon and Yue needed to do was to kill the Titans, rob their core and found their new pantheon.

Essentially, the war had already been won before the first shot was even fired.

"That's fine, but Yval's safety is more important."

Amon's expression remained a perfect mask, but beneath that stoic exterior, he was seething with rage.

Yval was one of the pillars behind his teoric rise; without the solar mana she supplied to balance his overwhelming lunar energy, his body would have collapsed long ago.

Yue studied him quietly.

This was the sa formidable knight who once stood alone and emotionless on every battlefield. But ever since reclaiming his emotions, Amon had grown—not only as a warrior, but as a person.

Seeing him abandon single-minded focus on the mission in favour of worrying about soone he cherished ward Yue's heart more than she expected.

Before she even realised it, her arms had slipped around Amon's neck, her lips brushing against his cheek. He raised an eyebrow at the sudden gesture, but made no effort to pull away.

If anything, he welcod her touch.

"What is it?"

"Nothing, I just thought that you're ready to beco a father."

"!!!"

Amon's tongue stopped, not knowing how to react. But in the end, he simply ignored the woman and turned his attention towards the battle that was reaching its finale. Yue didn't mind it and settled herself on his lap, leaning her head onto his shoulder while looking in the sa direction.

That affectionate exchange didn't go unnoticed, and the crowd stirred, particularly the young won.

Romance was always a huge issue with them, and seeing the Fantasy Couple, who were known to be inseparable because of their love being so lovely together, made their hearts flutter. If anything, they were hoping to see them be more affectionate to stir their imaginations.

But the duel between the Sky Spear and the future Sword Saint demanded their full attention.

"Careful, this next attack might hurt."

"Give it your all, Senior Manon!"

Bawi and Manon were blissfully unaware of the commotion around them, and even if they were, they would hardly care.

As embodints of pure swordsmanship and spearmanship, they wished to elevate themselves even further. Yes, fighting against Demons and formidable foes would help, but for so reason, they felt a particular kinship with one another.

Like they ca from the sa source… like siblings.

And with that, they could express themselves freely, honing their abilities without anyone caring.

Manon was the first to reach his final stance. His spear throbbed with raw aura, and the ground beneath him split into fissures like spreading spiderwebs. The sky dimd in response to his overwhelming presence, as though the world itself paused to acknowledge his dominance.

His tanned skin glead like burnished bronze, giving him the appearance of a colossal behemoth—an earthborn god towering beneath the heavens. His jet-black hair whipped in the wind, and his deep brown eyes began to change, growing lighter with each passing heartbeat.

It was as if witnessing Bawi had granted him sudden enlightennt.

The brown shifted to blue… then to a near-sapphire brilliance. In that mont, he stood like the embodint of the sky itself, the firmant at his back, supporting him as he surveyed the world with the calm authority of a monarch.

At the sa ti, Bawi released every restraint she had left. Her blonde hair shimred like that of a celestial fairy descending from the heavens, while her sapphire eyes resonated with Manon's dominant mana signature.

If Manon stood as the tyrant in the sky, then Bawi rose as the challenger who dared defy him. Her mana gathered into a single blazing point, and every sword she manifested coalesced into a luminous pillar behind her.

As she unveiled her power, even her grandfather—the Sword Saint himself—could only stare in awe. Bawi had reached his realm of mastery, not in raw might, but in her understanding of the sword.

In ti, she would surpass him.

But for now, she stood ready to challenge the sky.

Bawi swung her sword, unleashing all of her comprehension onto a single point. A re sword to defy the skies. The representation of how mankind would forever chase the impossible, even if it ant challenging death itself.

It was Bawi's sword, yes… but it was also the obsession of the Sword Saint. To chase immortality.

But instead of immortality, Bawi chased sothing else entirely… the end of the sword path.

Alas, she wasn't ready.

Manon held his spear down, and the weight of the sky ca crashing. Bawi's sword light shattered and she was hit by a pressure that would have buried an entire army. The ground around her caved as fissures spread out from her feet. But she remained firm.

Although her sword light was extinguished, her sword remained.

Battered and chipped… but it remained.

She stood alone while the ground around her had been utterly destroyed. The audience had already ran far away, and only Amon, Yue and the Sword Saint remained, completely untouched. Thus, they were the only witness to Bawi's sudden enlightennt.

"Amazing… You've surpassed all my expectations."

Manon gave unadulterated praise, only to be t with Bawi's humble nod.

"I still have much to learn… Thank you for this duel… It has helped deepen my insights."

"No, you've helped plenty. If not for your weaker mana pool, you would have pierced my sky. Stand proud, young one. You've reached the greatest mastery with the sword."

"Greatest doesn't an final."

"Heh, how greedy."

Manon laughed but didn't deny Bawi from chasing the ultimate goal. No one knew if there was a final destination for either the sword or the spear, but it was wrong to deny them from chasing it.

'Those two… They'll have to join the pantheon.'

Yue mused to herself.

Initially, she thought that Bawi and Manon would be good tools for their fight against the Demon Cult, and once they succeeded, she would reward them with their own kingdoms or whatever they wished. But, as she witnessed their growth and imnse power… she knew that they would have to join her newly created pantheon.

As soone looking to usurp the Goddess to create her new order of gods, she would need to ascend suitable candidates.

Aluria, Leon's mother, was the first divine she ascended.

Needless to say, Yval was the second.

When the Titans perished, she would have collected their divinities, enough to ascend a couple more.

The Sword Saint was promised one slot after betraying the Demon Cult and forgoing his dream of immortality. Ascending him as the next divine, he would automatically beco immortal after all.

But then ca the crucial question.

Who would be the other candidates to ascend?

Alrock? Leon? Or even Ellahan?

Yue was still undecided. There were plenty of candidates, but only a few positions.

As for Amon and herself?

It was a no-brainer. They had promised to be together forever, and Yue intended to keep that promise. As soone who had ascended two divines and was preparing to ascend a few more, Yue naturally knew the path to becoming a God or Goddess. And she didn't need to use a shortcut like absorbing the forr Titan's divinity.

She could simply ascend using her own rits.

As for Amon… it was an even more straightforward path.

Amon he… would beco the new God King of the planet.
