Gu Yundong took a pillow for her as a cushion. Seeing her half-closed eyes, she said softly, “Go to sleep.”

Gu Yundong took off her jacket and covered her with a blanket. Then, she sat at the side and pondered.
When Duan Wan woke up again, the carriage had already entered a county under Wanqing Prefecture.
Gu Yundong turned her head and glanced at her. “You’re awake? Your fever is almost gone, but you probably don’t have much strength left in your body. After dinner at the inn, take your medicine again and sleep tomorrow. You’ll be fine.”
Duan Wan nodded and looked at the scenery outside.
