1112: Chapter 1112: If he can’t handle it, what kind of Human Emperor am I!
Bright Moon City.
Carson Flores stepped off the comrcial Flying Boat, a cumberso little creature that looked like a combination of a squirrel and a bat, nad Gracie Moses, was perched on his shoulder.
The master had ntioned that there was suppression of Spiritual Energy in the Sea of Annihilation.
Having experienced Gracie Moses devouring the Myriad Spirit Blood Pearl and knowing the origins of Gracie Moses from the Forbidden Spirit Palace, Carson decided to bring Gracie Moses along.
What if it proved useful?
After all, it was a desperate place.
No amount of caution was excessive!
The first ti Cristopher Hopkins Immortal had seen Gracie Moses, he had asked Carson where he had found it, with a tone of considerable surprise.
Carson inquired if Cristopher Hopkins Immortal knew the origins of Gracie Moses, but he did not answer.
Even so, Carson was certain Cristopher Hopkins Immortal knew about Gracie Moses’ origins.
How could sothing that an esteed immortal from the Immortal Realm recognized be trivial?
This made Carson inevitably speculate.
Could this little fellow be the master of the Forbidden Spirit Palace, the legendary Spirit Devouring Beast?
Regardless, he brought it along.
After booking a room in the largest inn, Carson went downstairs to eat.
The place was not far from the Ghost Tower, and all adventurers heading to the Ghost Tower would gather in Bright Moon City first.
In the dining hall, patrons were plentiful, talking loudly among themselves, many of them Cultivators.
Carson chose a table on the side, ordered so food and drink, and quietly listened to the Cultivators’ enthusiastic discussions, which were mainly about the sa topic.
The Ghost Tower.
After listening for a while, Carson had a rough idea.
This ti, the Ghost Tower seed truly intent on finding the destined ones.
It wasn’t as difficult to enter as before, and everyone could enter.
Adventurers would first climb the Ascension Ladder upon entering.
If they could successfully ascend the ladder, they would enter a challenge mode where each challenge differed.
The most brutal was defeating the guarding Demonic Beast, the simplest was answering questions, and there were various other bizarre challenges.
So far, it was said that the strongest person had passed five challenges.
How many challenges there were after the five was unknown, as was what lay at the end of the challenges.
As Carson was contemplating, a few people walked into the restaurant.
The leader glanced around and then his gaze fixed directly on Carson.
Carson felt a premonition and looked up to find his gaze becoming quite peculiar.
Bryant Jas, the child of Kahdas, blessed with an Innate Taoist Body!
Bryant Jas strode forward and sat down directly opposite Carson.
“You seem well-inford.
What’s the matter, not hiding anymore?”
Carson responded indifferently, “I have never hidden.”
Bryant Jas sneered, “Where is Lilianna Norman then?”
Carson smiled, “She is the Demon Race Holy Maiden, naturally within the Demon Race territory.
You ask , but whom should I ask?”
Bryant Jas huffed, “The Demon Race has been spreading rumors that you abducted the Demon Race Holy Maiden, but I guess, she must have encountered so danger, and you saved her, right?”
Carson was slightly startled; this guy was quite good at guessing and had actually reached the truth.
Carson nodded affirmatively, “Yes.”
Bryant Jas sneered, “Just as I thought.
What, you fell for her and she ignored you?”
Carson sighed, “Is your brain filled with shit?
How can you spout such childish words?”
Bryant Jas’ expression changed slightly, a flash of anger in his eyes, as not many dared to mock him like that.
“Don’t think that just because the Emperor Seal acknowledged you, you’re now the Human Emperor.
With your ager strength, who couldn’t defeat you, who would listen to you?”
Carson nodded, “I know, but not to worry, as long as I can beat you, it’s enough.”
Bryant Jas laughed out loud, then lowered his voice, “Although the Emperor Seal is powerful, it needs a strong person to wield it.
You controlling it to fight not only reduces its power, but also might not be sothing you can withstand.
So relying solely on the Emperor Seal doesn’t scare .”
Carson smiled, “You seem to know quite a bit about the Emperor Seal.
So, you ca here just to show off?”
Bryant Jas coldly said, “I’ve heard you’ve been quite successful recently and it displeased .
If there’s a chance in the Ghost Tower, I’ll ask you for a lesson.”
Carson shrugged, “Welco.”
Bryant Jas got up and left.
The voice of Cristopher Hopkins Immortal rang in Carson’s ears.
“The Innate Taoist Body, indeed a good seedling for Immortal Cultivation.”
Carson smiled slightly, “In the entire Barbarian Wilderness, there are only two known Innate Taoist Bodies, Bryant Jas, the son of Kahdas, and Violeta Herrera, the Holy Maiden of the Demon Race.
Now you’ve seen them both…”
“Do you have a feud with him?”
Carson’s tone was subtle, “The woman he likes, likes my father, then he found displeasing and sent people to kill , but unfortunately, they failed, and instead, I exposed his hypocritical true face in front of all the great sects in Misrds State, and he was left without face…”
“He’s constantly wanting to kill ; only if I die will the sha he suffered slowly be forgotten by the world, after all, only the living are the victors.”
Cristopher Hopkins Immortal chuckled lightly, “Shall I help you get rid of him?”
Carson smiled slightly, confident, “Just a small matter, I’ll handle it myself.
Immortal Spiritual Force of the immortal, better save it for stronger opponents.
If I can’t even handle him, how can I be called the Human Emperor?”
