Clayton Gross’ Space Ring wasn’t made of ordinary materials, but rather refined from a high-grade teorite Iron. Though it couldn’t exactly be called indestructible, it could withstand attacks at the Immortal Level.
At that ti, Carson Flores used the Black Dragon Wave to attack Clayton Gross, destroying most of his physical form, causing the Space Ring to fall and be blasted to another location. The scene was chaotic then; others didn’t see it, but Carson had been watching and naturally saw it.
He imdiately deployed the Five Elents Immortal-Slaying Formation, not only to trap Clayton Gross’s Primordial Spirit but also to cover up the area, preventing others from seeing the Space Ring.
After dealing with Clayton Gross, Carson took the opportunity to collect the Array Flags and placed the Space Ring along with the Array Flags into his Space Ring.

As its na suggests, this gourd contains a unique space within, possessing the wondrous ability to absorb an enemy’s attack once and then release it again to strike the enemy.
The extent to which this gourd can absorb an enemy’s attack is determined by the user’s capability; the stronger the capability, the larger the special space can be activated, and the more energy it can absorb.
Carson spent quite so ti figuring out its function and its limits. Currently, if Carson controlled it, he could absorb a full-strength attack from the Golden Immortal Realm, storing it and then releasing it whenever Carson needed.
The most mystical feature of the Star-Shifting Gourd isn’t that it can absorb attacks, but that it can release them unchanged, as if the attack you released traveled unchanged through space and then struck out in a different place.

The Star-Shifting Gourd is sowhat similar to the Black Dragon Ring, but the formations within the Star-Shifting Gourd have limitations. It can only be used once a day, unlike the Black Dragon Ring, which can charge and release at any ti.
