Carson then talked about the Sky Wolf Palace, to which Lucille was very surprised to learn that the Sky Wolf Palace Master and many strong individuals were moving out entirely.
“What are they going to do?”
Carson shrugged, “I don’t know. As a mber of the Human Race and an Immortal Palace Envoy, they certainly wouldn’t tell their palace secrets.”
Lucille pondered for a few seconds: “I’ll contact Doran Banks from the Sky Wolf Palace and ask him later.”
After pausing, Lucille looked up and explained: “Within our Heavenly Demon Continent Round Table Council, there’s a special communication channel for us to contact each other.”
Carson nodded: “Then I’d appreciate it if you could ask for , as I’m concerned their full mobilization might be related to the Heavenly Alliance.”
Hearing Carson say this, Lucille changed her mind: “Then I’ll try to contact him now.”
Lucille took out a spherical magical treasure and injected spiritual power into it.
The artifact instantly lit up, emitting countless golden lights.
Carson’s gaze fell on the magical treasure, slightly curious. Could this portable communication artifact, covering such a long distance, be an upgraded version of a phone?
“Huh?”
Lucille’s face turned rather peculiar, as several spells fell upon the magical treasure.
The miraculous lights on the treasure circulated, shining several tis brighter than before.

Lucille’s expression gradually beca extrely solemn, and the surrounding atmosphere suddenly felt nacing, as if the air in the banquet hall beca heavy.
Lucille looked up: “Sothing happened.”
Carson, surprised, stared at Lucille: “What’s the situation?”
Lucille’s eyes landed on the spherical object again: “Doran Banks’ communication artifact isn’t responding.”
Carson asked, “Could it be he’s in so Secret Realm or just not noticing it?”
Lucille shook her head: “No, if he were in a Secret Realm, the reaction of my communication artifact would be different, and it hasn’t connected, so it’s not a case of him not noticing…”
Carson frowned: “Then what’s the situation now?”
Lucille’s face turned grave as she spoke in a stern voice: “The communication artifact has been destroyed!”
Carson’s heart sank; as one of the seven mbers of the Round Table Council, this communication artifact was crucial for their communications. Small enough to be carried on the person, how could it have been destroyed?
Though delicate, the artifact was clearly made of tal, robust and unlikely damaged by accident.
There’s only one possibility, that Doran encountered so danger causing his artifact to be completely destroyed.
Carson asked in a low voice: “Lord Banks, did he encounter an accident?”
