When Remy Johnston said this, she didn’t avoid Zara Stein.
Zara Stein, listening to the exchange, sent a grateful look toward Carson Flores.

Remy Johnston’s face turned ashen; he glared at the doctor fiercely and turned to ask, “Mr.
