"Emily, are you planning to follow relentlessly, to hunt down forever? Even if I leave the God Immortal Domain for another Immortal Domain, will you still be right behind ?"

Carson Flores’ question left Emily Gibbs montarily speechless.

He could indeed kill Carson, but he only killed his incarnations. It didn’t harm Carson at all, so what was the point of everything she did?

A laughing stock?

Angry and ashad, Emily Gibbs instinctively reached out her hand, once again to grab Carson Flores.

"Boom!"

Watching Carson Flores smile as he was blasted into Blood Mist again, Emily Gibbs’ hand paused in mid-air, her expression complex.

Yes, overwheld by her anger, she couldn’t help but strike out once more, killing Carson Flores...his incarnation again!

Emily Gibbs glanced around, then landed atop a mountain peak, sitting cross-legged.

She was waiting.

She believed Carson Flores would appear again!

If Carson Flores didn’t want to appear, he could easily stay hidden.

True to her expectation, four days later, the Magic Artifact placed in front of Emily Gibbs glowed again.

Emily Gibbs soared into the sky, transforming into a teor, pursuing Carson Flores.

Six days later, Emily Gibbs appeared before Carson Flores once more.

Carson Flores smiled gently at Emily Gibbs: "Fellow Daoist Emily, did you grow impatient waiting? Are you going to kill again this ti?"

Emily Gibbs gritted her teeth: "If I kill you this ti, will I have to wait eight days before sensing you next ti?"

Carson Flores showed a harmless, gentle smile: "That’s indeed my plan. Although I personally don’t like hiding, I also don’t like being blasted into Blood Mist by you. Not to ntion, these clothes are of styles I really like. Although I’ve prepared plenty, each ti I die, I lose one, and I have to have them custom-made again."

Emily Gibbs looked at Carson Flores through clenched teeth: "Are you mocking ?"

Carson Flores smiled: "You’re a Great Land Immortal, and I’m just a Heavenly Immortal, not even from the Great Land. You want to hunt down and won’t reconcile, what can I do? I can only hide. When you’re tired of chasing , and give up, I’ll co out again."

Tired of chasing?

Emily Gibbs’ fist instinctively clenched again. But this ti she restrained herself, not giving Carson Flores another explosive kill to the head.

Emily Gibbs was very angry.

At this point, what angered her more wasn’t Armani Warren being killed by Carson Flores, but that she was being toyed with by Carson Flores, yet couldn’t do anything against him. This gave her a sense of humiliation.

Carson Flores smiled: "You said Armani Warren was your man once, aning you two separated. What caused your separation?"

Emily Gibbs replied coldly: "We parted naturally because I didn’t like him anymore."

Carson Flores asked cheerfully: "Why didn’t you like him anymore? Was he too consud by cultivation, obsessively pursuing strength, forgetting about you, or did he find soone new, or was it you who dumped him?"

The killing intent flared in Emily Gibbs’ eyes again: "It’s none of your business."

Carson Flores smiled: "In a conversation, you speak what’s on your mind, you explore. I’m actively searching for ways to solve our issue here, because we can’t keep dragging this out forever, don’t you think?"

Emily Gibbs sneered: "Dragging it out isn’t necessarily a bad option."

Carson Flores sighed: "Yes, cultivators have long lives, plenty of ti. But even when there’s ample ti, it shouldn’t be wasted on aningless things. Your pursuit has no purpose, as you can’t find my true self, nor kill . Despite the Life Curse being strong, it is ultimately limited, lasting only a hundred years or so. I may be a Heavenly Immortal, but that ti doesn’t an much to , I can endure..."

Emily Gibbs’ expression hardened, her gaze angry.

Carson Flores’ words were true; she couldn’t find his true self at all, thus she couldn’t kill him, let alone touch him. This is why Carson Flores, though just a Heavenly Immortal, dared to be so arrogant in front of her.

He’s just an incarnation, not afraid to die. How could she threaten him?

Emily Gibbs suddenly extended her hand again towards Carson Flores.

This ti, Emily Gibbs was not blasting Carson Flores but attempting to catch him.

In an instant, countless strands of Spiritual Power were woven into a large net, encompassing Carson Flores.

She planned to capture Carson Flores’ incarnation, then use so ans to try and force out the location of his true self.

Carson Flores still didn’t move, just smiled slightly at Emily Gibbs: "Trying to catch , huh, haha..."

While speaking, Carson Flores slapped his own forehead.

"Bang!"

Emily Gibbs’ hand halted in mid-air, her expression turning quite angry.

She killed Carson Flores again, but this ti, it wasn’t her doing, he killed himself.

This guy even suicided so decisively!

Killing him was easy, but stopping him from committing suicide wasn’t easy at all!

Emily Gibbs hovered in mid-air, her mood a mix of confusion and helplessness.

She indeed had an absolute advantage in strength, and she had killed Carson Flores three tis. Yet she did not feel she had gained any advantage at all.

She only felt that Carson Flores had toyed with her three tis...
