"Did the Ghost True Sage poison you?"
Carson Flores was sowhat surprised: "Isn’t he your ntor?"
Draelor Loxley, whose Sea of Consciousness was sealed by Floating Cloud, answered with a venomous expression: "I’m called his disciple, but in fact, I’m just his servant. He poisoned to prevent from escaping because I’m the most adept servant he’s used for the longest ti."
Carson raised an eyebrow: "Are there others besides you?"
Draelor nodded: "From what I’ve seen, he has taken five disciples, both male and female. We’re supposedly his apprentices, but in reality, we’re his slaves, killing, stealing treasures, and plundering Cultivation Resources for him. The female disciples have it worse, as they’re also tools for his desires aside from completing various tasks for him."
"None of us were raised by him from a young age; we were all Loose Cultivators with talent surpassing the Great Land Supre. He controlled our lives, making us apprentice under him, using poison to control us, teaching us sinister arts that rapidly increased our power, but ca with countless hidden dangers."
"The other four have all died, leaving only . He’s been keeping tight control over . Before he sent to Moon God Island to kill Carson Flores, I asked him for an antidote, and he only gave half a pill..."
Carson suddenly understood why Draelor imdiately betrayed Ghost True Sage when pleading for rcy.
Not only did he want Ghost True Sage dead, but Ghost Young Master wanted him dead too.
Carson asked, "Where is he?"
Draelor replied: "When he summoned before, it was shortly after you injured him. He had restored his body but suffered a major loss in power. I suspect he must have entered the Holy Spring Secret Realm to heal."
Floating Cloud furrowed his brow: "Where is the Holy Spring Secret Realm?"
"Holy Spring Island."
Draelor replied: "The Holy Spring Secret Realm is an open secret realm; anyone can enter. However, there are nurous dangerous areas within. My ntor has entered the Holy Spring Secret Realm many tis because he found a unique spot with excellent healing effects. Each ti he’s injured, he quickly recovers in the Holy Spring Secret Realm."
Carson’s eyes lit up and he turned to Floating Cloud: "ntor, you’ve been injured too. Wouldn’t that be killing two birds with one stone?"
Floating Cloud seed intrigued, as he had used the Dragon Mountain Secret Art, which had significant side effects. Despite taking Spirit Buddha Pill, his improvent was considerable, but complete recovery still required a long ti.
Who would want to spend all their ti healing anyway?
If there’s a quick recovery thod, who wouldn’t like it?
Floating Cloud asked: "Can you find that place?"
"There was one ti I was severely injured, almost wasted, and he didn’t want to waste ti healing and took inside. I roughly know the location; I’d have to enter to know specifically."
Carson turned to Floating Cloud: "If Ghost True Sage has already begun healing, he might have recovered significantly. Should we bring others along?"
Floating Cloud thought for a mont: "Invite Flowing Cloud, and bring Profound River."
Profound River had a battle with Lorvian Randall and also used the Dragon Mountain Secret Art. Though victorious, he was seriously injured. Like Floating Cloud, he’s currently recovering.
Though Floating Cloud was injured, having Flowing Cloud with him ensured that even if they encountered Ghost True Sage, it wouldn’t be a problem. Once they found the place, Profound River and Floating Cloud could heal, simultaneously eliminating trouble and healing, achieving a dual benefit.
"Alright, let’s head back to the camp first."
Carson took Ghost Young Master into the Ethereal Pagoda and returned to camp with his ntor.
Floating Cloud inquired around a bit to confirm the existence of the Holy Spring Secret Realm, discussed it with Flowing Cloud, and then prepared to leave.
The place where Ghost True Sage healed was quite hidden, a healing Sacred Place exclusive to Ghost True Sage, so Floating Cloud and others didn’t publicize it.
Benefits must be secured by one’s own sect first. After all, the Three Sects are allies, but they’re also competitors.
The three won tagging along wouldn’t be useful, so Carson let them stay at the Dragon Mountain Sect Camp.
The following morning, as Carson and his group were about to depart, a disciple from Dragon Mountain suddenly reported.
"Sea God Church Holy Son Lorvian Randall is visiting; he wishes to et Uncle Carson."
Carson laughed: "Compared to the imposter, this real one acts with more integrity, huh."
Carson stepped outside the camp and saw Lorvian Randall standing alone.
"Fellow Randall, long ti no see."
Lorvian Randall smiled: "Yes, long ti no see. Are you well?"
Carson smiled: "I’m doing well... I’ve heard you’re preparing to return?"
"Yes, so I wanted to chat with you."
Lorvian Randall extended his left hand and smiled: "Shall we walk?"
"Sure!"
The two of them strolled together, walking towards the distance.
Carson proactively apologized: "I visited you last ti, but it was really inconvenient, causing you a lot of trouble, right?"
Lorvian Randall laughed freely: "It was just a coincidence. Honestly, whether you ca or not, things would have been the sa."
Carson queried: "Your Vice Sect Hierarch wouldn’t take responsibility, so he pushed the bla of losing the competition onto you, making you the scapegoat?"
Lorvian Randall nodded: "Yes."
Carson sighed: "It seems like the atmosphere within your Sea God Church isn’t very harmonious..."
