A sweet, seductive voice, tinged with joy, rang out. The speaker was none other than Lady Scarlet.
At this point, the Fleeting Boat had stopped in a ravine.
Shen Mo and the others manifested their spirit lights and flew out of the boat. Then, Lady Scarlet ford a hand seal, shrinking the magic ship and storing it in her Universe Bag.
"Lady Scarlet, is this the first place of opportunity you ntioned?" Shen Mo asked, activating his [thod Eye Candle Wisp], his eyes shimring with a strange light.
The group of six had been heading towards a predetermined location ever since entering the ancient battlefield of immortals and demons. Despite weathering thunderstorms and corrosive rain, they hadn’t wandered aimlessly. This was because Lady Scarlet had obtained considerable information about the ancient battlefield from a high-ranking mber of the LiMountain Elixir Sect. She had a clear idea of where to find great opportunities.
Shen Mo, Song Han, Fu Jianghuo, and the Peng Siblings had all considered this point carefully before accepting the invitation.
After leaving the area of dark purple thunderstorms and corrosive rain, they continued to travel in the magic ship for tens of thousands of miles.
During this ti, the Fleeting Boat encountered quite a few dangers.

This sudden action imdiately put the other four on alert.
Both Song Han and Peng Lexiao took out their magic treasures and stepped forward to question Shen Mo. Fu Jianghuo shielded Peng Leyao, watching Shen Mo with vigilance.
"Don’t fight! You’ve misunderstood Shen," Lady Scarlet said quickly, apparently having grasped the situation.
At Shen Mo’s ntal command, the Palm’s phantom that had trapped her suddenly vanished.
Visibly shaken, Lady Scarlet retreated and pointed towards the ravine. "This isn’t real! It’s an illusion created by a Formation!"
Saying this, she took out a Grade III talisman. After activating it, the talisman transford into an armored soldier wielding a knife and charged into the ravine.
The next mont, the talisman soldier was silently dismbered into hundreds of pieces, as if subjected to death by a thousand cuts. It finally turned into tiny scraps of paper that fluttered away.
The ravine, however, remained unchanged, looking exactly as it had before.
"The information I received was vague; I didn’t know this place was protected by such a powerful Killing Formation," Lady Scarlet explained. "Shen must have noticed sothing was wrong; that’s why he stopped ... However," she continued, patting her ample chest as she addressed the other four, "since this setup is here, I believe we haven’t found the wrong place!"
She wasn’t wrong. When Shen Mo first saw this ravine, he had indeed felt sothing was amiss.
After activating his [thod Eye Candle Wisp], he confird his suspicion: the ravine was concealed by a rather impressive Formation—so ingeniously integrated with the landscape, drawing on the mountains and earth veins to appear entirely natural, that even he had almost been deceived.
Hearing Lady Scarlet’s explanation, Song Han and the others imdiately apologized to Shen Mo...
Shen Mo didn’t mind. It was quite normal for a temporarily ford group like theirs to be wary of each other.
"Shen," Lady Scarlet said, her eyes flickering with an innate allure, "since you saw through this Formation so quickly, have you figured out a way to break it?"
Shen Mo was accustod to her coquettishness. After a mont of contemplation, he shook his head. "It can’t be broken. This is a Natural Killing Array!"
"I don’t know if it ford naturally or was sculpted by so ancient expert. Regardless, this Array is constructed from the power of the surrounding mountains and topography. If we were in the Outer Realm, our thods might allow us to destroy mountain peaks and sever earth veins. But right now, it would be difficult for us to destroy even a single mountaintop, even if we combined our strength!"
Hearing this, Song Han said with a look of frustration, "The opportunity is most likely within the Formation then. Are we to leave empty-handed?"
Shen Mo glanced at him, his expression unchanged, and said with a smile, "Since we can’t break it, why not just force our way through? Although this Array is naturally ford, its power is actually quite ordinary, perhaps due to changes in the mountains and topography over millennia."
