Now reading: Chapter 1471 Power Shift from The First Legendary Beast Master, a Action novel by AokiAku.

Karl was engrossed in making new items at the Mythic Rank, both powerful combat items and utility items with mana storage and dostic buffs, when he began to notice that sothing was changing in both his own mana and the Tiny World.

The energy was beginning to shift, and he could feel it spreading.

For a while, he continued to work, making items as he basked in the power of the new energy.

Then, he realized what it was.

He had left the entrance partially open to balance the Tiny World with the outside world, but they were next to an entire herd of Immortal Realm Hippos. The beasts were saturated with Immortal Energy, which was different from the mana of the Mortal Realms, and not just the space, but Karl's body were beginning to adapt to creating and maintaining it.

In a way, that was a great thing.

The energy density of the Immortal Realms dwarfed anything that the Mortal Realms could claim, and it was because of this change in the way their mana ford.

But it also wasn't conducive to remaining a Mortal.

Now that his body had started to produce Immortal Energy, he was going to be dragged into tribulation, and probably not with much warning or ability to delay it.

And he wasn't the only one that noticed.

Obviously, the first to notice was Dana, as the Soul Bond was pulling her up to the sa level and adapting her body to Immortal Realm mana without any active input on her part.

In fact, it was against her will, as she was trying to write skill books, which took precision mana control.

However, there wasn't anything that she could do to stop the progression either, and the Tiny World seed to be enthusiastically eager to incorporate the Immortal Realm's energy.

It had done this before, as she recalled. But the amount was minimal. This ti, Karl hadn't noticed the issue until long after it started, and he had left a secondary entrance open next to the Hippos for hours.

At this point, they might as well just continue and finish rebalancing the energy.

If nothing else, it would be good for the progression of the beasts.

Cara was practically basking in the power.

Whether that was because she was a Chaos Badger, a species that wasn't native to the Mortal worlds at all, or whether it was just because she was Cara, Karl didn't know. But it was definitely beneficial to her.

She also wasn't particularly concerned about triggering the Immortal Tribulation.

She was

Chaos Badger.

What was the worst that could happen? It singed her fur and she had to [Disintegrate] it to teach it so respect? She could do that.

Dana had to work hard not to laugh out loud at Cara's certainty that you could teach Tribulation Lightning respect.

If anyone could do it, it was Cara.

[Tribulation Lightning can't be as bad as they're making it out to be. It's just lightning. Ooh, scary. I an, what's an Immortal Rank Lightning hit worth? Two seconds of regeneration?] Rae asked.

Dana rolled her eyes. No wonder Karl had zero survival instincts. Whatever he had once possessed had long since been suppressed by the sisters.

[Tribulation isn't that scary, is it? I an, everyone goes through it, and then they get their grown up Fox body, and they get married and kits.] Tian asked.

Leo rolled in lazy circles above the waters of his space. [Is that how your mom described the process? I think she missed a step, you need to find a good mate before the married part.

That's a lot of swimming if they're not nearby.]

That could be an issue, Tian thought. He got tired fast if he had to swim. His fur got waterlogged, and it was a lot of effort.

But the False Island Giant Turtle and the Stonefur Divine Fox were both species that naturally made it to the Immortal Realm. If nothing went wrong, they would simply advance without any real issues as a rite of adolescence.

Even Thor ntally shrugged. [It will probably hurt, but I'm pretty big.]

So, it was only Dana concerned about the side effects of the Tribulation Lightning, if you didn't count Karl being concerned that advancing to Immortality would cause a commotion and ss up their plans.

They had people to et, a new branch to establish, and he was still planning

to...

Dana reached out and swatted Karl as his mind turned to the intricacies of his family planning ideas.

"What? I'm not going to change my mind." He countered.

"Now is not the ti for that thought. Everyone else is starting to notice the change in the space, and you are going to have to do sothing about it if you aren't going to cause a whole wave of advancents." Dana reminded him. "Relax, what are the odds that there is even one other fully comprehended Fundantal Rule among the group? There is a good reason that nobody reaches Immortality, and it isn't potential or opportunity.

It's comprehension. You can't force it, and as far as I know, you can't even really teach it, without writing your mories directly into soone else's head."

Was that a possibility? Opal saw potential in the process. If she could just implant illusions directly into soone's head, it would be a brilliant way to show them an alternate reality.

Though, that was more of a hallucination than an Illusion. A deviation from her path. Perhaps simply putting the illusion directly in front of their eyes so that it was all they could see, and they couldn't look away?

That could be funny.

Sothing simple, like a System Notification box with a {Select Option to

Close} would lead to hilarious outcos.

That was brilliant, Opal decided.

Brilliant but absolutely evil, Cara agreed. Now she was becoming eager to learn

to use illusions, just so she could troll people with fake reward ssages. There were so many ways to implent Chaos, but she was only physically capable of so few of them.
