Chapter 1095: Chapter 703: Action

At this mont, seeing Liu Hun’s relentless deanor, Zhang Wenbing couldn’t help but frown. This matter must not be known to the police or Liu Dehai; otherwise, he would be finished.

The best way to prevent the two from knowing would be to force Liu Hun, and then quietly get rid of him. That way, no one would know about this matter.

Thinking of this, Zhang Wenbing no longer hesitated and loudly instructed his n, “Arrest them for . If there is any resistance, shoot to kill!”

“Boss… Brother Zhang, is it really okay for us to do this? He… he’s the nephew of Secretary Liu…” A subordinate by Zhang Wenbing’s side hesitantly said.

“If you don’t want to die, then do as I say. This matter must not be exposed; otherwise, not just , but all of you might die here too!” Zhang Wenbing’s eyes flashed with a chilling murderous intent as he shouted at his n.

He couldn’t care less about so much now, his eyes appearing sowhat bloodshot.

Looking at Zhang Wenbing’s deanor, his n, though still sowhat hesitant in expression, complied with his orders.

Everyone raised their guns and aid at Liu Hun and the others, then said sternly, “Kid, put the gun down, or don’t bla us for being rude.”

“Damn it, I’m Secretary Liu’s nephew. You’ve killed my brother, do you want to kill too? Do you know the consequences of doing this? The consequence is that all of you will be executed!” Liu Hun shouted with frustration and anger at Zhang Wenbing and his n.

But this ti, Zhang Wenbing had already made up his mind, and there was no possibility of change; otherwise, Liu Dehai wouldn’t have put him in charge of this prison in the first place.

Liu Hun, along with Old Ghost and Old Bai, were forcefully taken into a room inside the factory by Zhang Wenbing’s n. Watching Liu Hun struggling and filled with rage, Zhang Wenbing montarily found it tricky.

He dared neither to kill Liu Hun nor release him; Liu Hun was like a hot potato.

“What do we do now?” one of Zhang Wenbing’s n asked worriedly, seeing Zhang Wenbing’s furrowed brow.

As his trusted subordinates, they naturally understood the stakes involved; and regarding Liu Hun’s identity, they had no doubt at all.

“Lock them up in the prison first, and I’ll think about how to deal with them later,” Zhang Wenbing gritted his teeth and finally ordered his n.

Hearing this, a few opened their mouths, intending to say sothing, but eventually, nothing ca out.

After reaching this point, whatever they did, if Liu Dehai found out about this, they would all have bad luck as well.

“Prison? What prison?” Liu Hun feigned ignorance, asking with a shocked face.

Zhang Wenbing gave Liu Hun a cold glance, with a hint of disdain in his eyes, and said slowly, “This is a prison, and it’s underground. I can tell you clearly that since you’re in my hands, although I don’t want to see it, this must not reach your uncle, or else we might all lose our lives.”

“You… you want to kill ?” Liu Hun’s face turned sowhat fearful when he said this, resembling a spoilt young master.

“We’ll talk about it later if I handle things well; maybe you can survive,” Zhang Wenbing glanced at Liu Hun and then nodded at his subordinates beside him.

Seeing them forcefully taking him away, Liu Hun struggled for a mont and said angrily, “Let go, I’ll walk myself.”

Seeing Liu Hun so adamant, Zhang Wenbing’s subordinates were sowhat troubled; Liu Hun’s strength was astonishing. If he resisted forcefully, they could hardly hold him down.

In Zhang Wenbing’s eyes, his n didn’t want to overly offend Liu Hun; otherwise, discovering Liu Hun’s strength might give them so ideas.

“Let him be,” Zhang Wenbing took a deep breath and instructed his subordinates.

Upon hearing this, Zhang Wenbing’s n released Liu Hun; Liu Hun then took off his coat, threw it at the corner ferociously, and spit at Zhang Wenbing, saying hatefully, “I don’t care who you are; offend , and I’ll make sure you die terribly, especially since you killed my brother!”

Zhang Wenbing wiped off the spit from his face, his expression turned calm; certain things had already happened, and there was no use in saying more.

“Take them away,” Zhang Wenbing exhaled slowly and instructed his n to continue.

His subordinates then took Liu Hun, Old Ghost, and Old Bai out of the room. Following them, they soon reached a secret passage. As they passed through, both sides were lined with puppets.

Seeing this, not just Liu Hun, even Old Ghost and Old Bai couldn’t help but gasp. The number of puppets inside was overwhelming. If they had followed Old Ghost’s plan to sneak in amid chaos, they would have faced significant trouble.

“Stay put here for now, and if you need anything, you can call us anyti.” After passing through the passage, Zhang Wenbing’s n threw Liu Hun, Old Ghost, and Old Bai into a room. The walls were made of iron, and without outside help, they couldn’t be opened.

“This prison is really sothing; all the steel is made from special materials, even an Innate Nine Layers expert might not be able to open it,” Old Ghost sighed after checking and found no caras inside the cell. Then he looked at Liu Hun.

“The Innate Nine Layers’ power can’t open it, but that doesn’t an it can’t be opened by other ans,” Liu Hun chuckled, his face regaining the shrewdness it had before.

“Boss, you change faces too fast; that performance earlier could win an Oscar internationally,” Old Ghost genuinely praised Liu Hun, giving a thumbs up for his sudden change in deanor.

“Life is a play; it’s all about the acting. To live longer than others, besides strength, it’s about acting skills; but our top priority now is to find the location of Uncle Yun, or else, in such a vast prison, he might react by the ti we find him,” Liu Hun frowned.

“But we’re locked up here and can’t even look; besides, the place is full of those puppets. Once alerted, we’ll face even more trouble,” Old Ghost said slowly, frowning at Liu Hun.

Old Ghost voiced an undeniable truth; though they were safe inside the prison, finding Uncle Yun’s location was indeed difficult.

“There’s ten minutes before the explosion; we must find Uncle Yun within these ten minutes, or it will indeed be troubleso,” Liu Hun took a deep breath.

As he finished speaking, Liu Hun went to the Iron Gate and shouted to the guards outside, “Help… help…”

The guards outside had been instructed earlier that whatever this room’s prisoners needed, as long as it wasn’t excessive, they could comply.

With such special treatnt from their officer, obviously, Liu Hun and the others weren’t ordinary individuals, perhaps just temporarily staying for a few days here, so the guards dared not slack off.

“What’s going on?” one guard ca to the Iron Gate, frowning at Liu Hun.

All three inside the cell were extrely quiet, it was only Liu Hun crying for help, wasn’t this nonsense.

“Bring your ear close, I’ll secretly tell you sothing,” Liu Hun anxiously scanned around, fearing soone might overhear.

“What is it?” The guard, seeing Liu Hun seed truthful, hesitated briefly but brought his ear close.

The mont he did, Liu Hun suddenly grabbed his arm, and before he could react, Liu Hun’s eyes seed filled with magic power, staring intensely into the guard’s eyes, asking in a low voice, “In your prison, a man around seventy, with grizzled hair, recently detained, where is he?”

“I… I don’t know…” The guard’s eyes struggled slightly, but the next mont, he answered Liu Hun blankly.

With this answer, a flicker of murderous intent crossed Liu Hun’s eyebrows.

“Then do you know where you detain unusual prisoners in your prison?” Though disappointed, Liu Hun continued asking.

“In the South District of the prison, where the most critical parts are. Anyone detained there is of significant importance…” As the guard explained, Liu Hun’s eyes narrowed slightly. He then smiled broadly, looking at the now-clear-eyed guard, saying lightly, “Alright, there’s nothing else now, just bring sothing good to eat. I’m starving.”
