Chapter 712: Chapter 660: Sincerity in Cooperation

Liu Hun was after just this effect; he slowly twisted his body, yet, in the end, they still clung tightly together.

Feeling Josephine shivering a bit, Liu Hun imdiately stopped, and they maintained a normal standing position while being completely pressed against each other—a situation he’d never anticipated before, but of course, it was also what he desired most.

“Oh… my God, this is incredible, Liu, do you know? You’ve reached an untouched ‘Mainland,’ give more, my Columbus!” Josephine, excited, hugged Liu Hun and began to kiss him passionately. Their perfect union brought her an unprecedented, unique sensation that seed to shake her very soul.

After the intense kissing, Liu Hun, with his arms around Josephine’s soft and smooth hips, began to twist again and then told Josephine, “You are my best dance partner.”

By then, Josephine had finally understood Liu Hun’s intention. Such actions, such a novel way, excited every pore of her body. She could feel the music accompanying their dance, which also seed to add an indescribable mystery, stimulating every cell in her body and taking her to a higher plane.

As they danced, suddenly the lodious jazz music changed abruptly to a vigorous and enthusiastic rhythm. Liu Hun’s embrace and dance posture intensified with the music, imdiately abandoning any pretense of elegance as she hung onto Liu Hun, fully enjoying this peculiar and wonderful rhythm.

“Oh! My God! My angel, you’re taking to heaven!… Oh…”

“Ding ding ding… Ding ding ding…” Sitting beside the hospital bed, Chen Bizhu’s phone started to ring. With a worried heart, she picked up the phone and asked, “Who is it?”

“Aunt, it’s , Tony!” Tony’s voice ca from the other end of the line.

“Oh, Tony, is there sothing you need?” Chen Bizhu asked Tony.

“Aunt, I wanted to ask how uncle is doing now?” Tony inquired hypocritically over the phone.

Chen Bizhu sighed and said, “It’s still the sa, the doctor said it’s a cerebral hemorrhage, now we can only leave it in God’s hands.”

Hearing this from Chen Bizhu, Tony felt relieved and then pretended to be sorrowful as he said, “Don’t worry, aunt, uncle’s illness will surely recover soon.”

“Mhm, thank you for your concern. Is there anything else?” Chen Bizhu asked Tony, well-acquainted with the ways of the world and naturally understanding that Tony’s call was not just for simple pleasantries.

“Aunt, considering uncle’s current condition, and with Jiarong also having legal issues, it’s best if I take over the matter that the three families agreed upon, to save you the worry,” Tony proposed unabashedly, his ulterior motives clear as day.

Chen Bizhu understood Tony’s intentions right away. She was repulsed by such opportunistic demands, but they could not renege on the agreent made by the three families. Moreover, she was unclear about Qu Liheng’s wishes. Overwheld, Chen Bizhu had no choice but to nod and agree to Tony, saying, “Alright then, I’ll leave everything to you. If there’s nothing else, I’ll hang up.”

“Okay! Aunt, you should rest more. I will visit another day.” After Tony finished speaking, he hung up the call, having secured the deal with the Qu Family and now waiting for news from Ma Hongtao about handling the Lin’s matter.

After hanging up, Chen Bizhu looked at Qu Liheng on the hospital bed with worries in her heart. Although she had been unfaithful and she and Qu Liheng hadn’t shared conjugal relations for years, their affection and marital status still existed. Seeing Qu Liheng in this state pained her, and with her son still in police custody, she didn’t want to bail her son out, not because she was unfeeling, but because she was infuriated by the detestable acts Jiarong had committed that had ultimately led to Qu Liheng becoming comatose, so she wanted to teach her son a lesson first.

“Ding-dong!” Suddenly, the doorbell rang, interrupting Chen Bizhu’s train of thought. She asked who it was and then opened the door.

“How… how is it you?!” Chen Bizhu exclaid in surprise when she saw the visitor.

“Why can’t it be ?” Liu Hun asked Chen Bizhu with a smile.

Chen Bizhu, unable to et Liu Hun’s gaze directly and slightly flustered, asked, “What… what are you here for?”

“Save your husband,” Liu Hun said bluntly to Chen Bizhu.

“You… you can save my husband?” Chen Bizhu imdiately looked up and stared at Liu Hun as she asked.

Liu Hun nodded but didn’t answer; he simply walked in. Looking at Qu Liheng lying on the bed, aged and infirm, he couldn’t help but sigh. The once dominant figure in the business world had now co to such a sorry state, describable only with the phrase “dostic tragedy,” given the birth of a son like Qu Jiaron.

“What thod do you have to save my husband? You’re not deceiving , are you?” Chen Bizhu asked Liu Hun.

After glancing at Qu Liheng, Liu Hun carelessly pulled out a stool, sat in front of Chen Bizhu, and said, “Of course I have a thod, and it’s one hundred percent guaranteed to cure him without leaving any after-effects.”

“Really?! Then please, save my husband!” Chen Bizhu pleaded with Liu Hun.

Liu Hun looked at Chen Bizhu with a smile and said, “You were plotting against . Why should I lift a finger to save him?”

Chen Bizhu was stunned by Liu Hun’s words, her lips trembling as she asked, “You… you know?”

“Of course!” Liu Hun said with a cold smile.

“Then… then what do you plan to do?” Chen Bizhu asked Liu Hun.

Liu Hun scrutinized Chen Bizhu and said with puzzlent, “Won are truly strange creatures. How can you comfortably sleep with your enemy at ease and then plot against him behind his back? I really can’t understand it.”

Not to ntion Liu Hun, even Chen Bizhu herself sotis felt strange. However, she saw it this way: having an affair with Liu Hun brought her physical pleasure, which was a private matter for her, while conspiring against him was for the benefit of Liheng Group. The two could be perfectly separated, without conflicting.

Although that was what she thought, Chen Bizhu could not voice it out loud. Even though the conspiracy was exposed and made her sowhat embarrassed—it was still with a man she had been intimate with—saving Qu Liheng was the most pressing matter. Setting aside her pride, she imdiately knelt in front of Liu Hun, hugging his knees and begged, “Please, save my husband. Whatever you want, I’ll agree to it!”

“Stand up! A groveling woman holds no interest for . What I enjoy are won who are out of reach,” Liu Hun said as he helped Chen Bizhu up. Then he told her, “What I want isn’t just the pleasure I derive from you, but also…”

“What… what else?” Chen Bizhu asked nervously and bashfully, hearing Liu Hun might be intimating sothing more.

Liu Hun took out a docunt from his bag and handed it to Chen Bizhu, saying, “Now with Qu Liheng unconscious, you are the decision-maker of Liheng Group. That docunt lists what I want.”

Chen Bizhu, sowhat apprehensive, took the docunt; she was concerned Liu Hun would make exorbitant demands. After looking at it, she read, “Ownership of the Shuitianyise Project… Liheng Group’s fifty-one percent share…”

“Not too much, right?” Liu Hun asked Chen Bizhu, then continued, “The Shuitianyise Project is, after all, illegal. If I apply to the court, the project will be forcibly dismantled, and your Liheng Group will end up with nothing but bricks and tiles. Besides…” Liu Hun indicated the content of the agreent and added, “I’m not taking it for nothing. Since I am to beco the major shareholder of Liheng Group, of course, I’ll consider the group’s interests. I will acquire the Shuitianyise Project at cost price through redemption. You won’t make a loss or profit. What do you say?”

Chen Bizhu pondered. Although Liu Hun was asking her, it was clear that this wasn’t a question, but a demand with no room for negotiation. Moreover, the facts were as Liu Hun had described: Shuitianyise might be Qu Liheng’s pride, but if Liu Hun forced the issue, they would end up with nothing. Better to sell to Liu Hun and recoup the costs.

Having thought it through, Chen Bizhu nodded to Liu Hun and agreed, “I agree to this condition.”

“Hahaha!” Liu Hun laughed heartily, then fixed his gaze on Chen Bizhu and said, “Not just this one, you have to agree to all my conditions.”

“You… you’re taking advantage of soone in a desperate situation, aren’t you?!” Chen Bizhu questioned Liu Hun, finally summoning the courage.

A sardonic smile played on Liu Hun’s lips as he responded, “, taking advantage of the situation? Why don’t you talk about how the three of your families were insatiably greedy, plotting to harm ? Why don’t you ntion your son Qu Jiaron, Lin Feng, and that Tony kidnapping my woman, trying to put to death? Aren’t all these your faults? Or are they my, Liu Hun’s, fault?”
