Another incident escalated the criticisms Jordan faced in this regard to a peak.
During the North Carolina legislative election, Democratic Party African Arican candidate Harvey Gantt invited Jordan to endorse his campaign.

Seeing Jordan casually dribbling there, Vaccaro grew impatient, worried whether Jordan was being temperantal, as the locker room conditions were truly poor.
