Its owner lay on the deck of a large cargo ship, clearly newly built. The wood still glead with a vivid golden sheen and slled of freshly cut cedar.

The reason? A new drink called Green Fairy Wine, with a bewitching aura, powerful healing properties, and an incomparable taste.
When he presented the drink to a baron about two weeks ago, they say the nobleman went crazy for more bottles.
Ron, however, would only sell one per custor.
Soon, nobles were knocking on his door, offering hundreds of gold coins for a single bottle. Many sold for over four hundred coins.
In the end, Ron made a fortune from the green fairy wine he never would have expected to earn any other way.
Even if the price dropped significantly once he and Ethan established a stable supply, the profits would still be absurd.
"Didn’t you hate this place? Why are you coming with all the way out here again?" Ron turned to one of the guards, the sa one who had spent the entire previous trip complaining.
"I hate the Eternal Forest. The Solene River is pleasant." The guard chuckled.
Well, he didn’t like the Solene River much either, but Ron’s money was too good to turn down.
Twenty guards were on the ship in total, along with about ten sailors and another ten staff mbers who helped with negotiations.
Beyond that, the vessel carried twenty tons of cargo, much of it goods Ron planned to stock in the shop in Goldenveil.
From tools to books, and even costics and toys. He bought a little of everything.
At first, he hesitated, but after earning all that gold from the green fairy wine, the hesitation vanished.
He had to invest in Goldenveil.
If Ethan really kept his promise of a thousand bottles a year, Ron would beco the richest rchant in the entire kingdom!
He was already drooling when the ship arrived off those white-sand beaches, his eyes falling on the open path leading to Goldenveil.
The ship couldn’t dock since the water was too shallow, so the crew lowered two smaller boats. Ron rowed one alongside two guards to the beach.
As soon as he set foot on the sand, he ordered them to start unloading everything and, without hesitation, headed toward Goldenveil.
Shortly after leaving the beach, he stopped. His gaze caught the walls on the horizon.
Those weren’t hastily erected wooden palisades. They were real walls, tall and imposing, made of stone and equipped with defensive posts.
