Now reading: Chapter 1070: He Is Back Final from The Golem Mage, a Action novel by mystic dark.

Now, all the Central Kingdom fans were trying to avoid was ending up like the Western Kingdom fans, and that was because all of the academies representing the western kingdom had already been disqualified.

Now, the only thing the mages from their kingdom did was co watch other kingdoms’ academies participate.

All because they didn’t want to miss out on the action, so they acted neutral while rage-baiting others, simply because their own academies had lost, they were bitter about the progress of the rest.

This was exactly what the Central Kingdom mages didn’t want for themselves.

But while so Central Kingdom fans were convinced their team deserved the qualification, a few keen observers glared at the judge with suspicion, feeling he’d paused deliberately to incite sothing.

And indeed, they could see the rest of the Central Kingdom crowd splintering: as so cheered for Aeron, and the others cheered for Kealus.

“I have a feeling those two might just fight before the battle even begins,” an Eastern fan joked, causing those beside him to burst into laughter.

Though so Central Kingdom fans overheard it, but they just simply cheered louder, denying the Eastern fans any satisfaction, monts later, the judge continued his announcent.

“Following them are Darius Blade, Talon Blade, and Sora Blade.”

At that mont, the entire Central Kingdom section went wild as they finally got to see the two new faces from the Blade clan Team.

It wasn’t known why these mages hadn’t participated until now, but one thing was certain, and that was the fact that they were far more battle-hardened than the pair of Selara and Neriah Blade who they replaced.

Seeing the Central Kingdom mages cheering that loudly made those in the Eastern wing scrutinize the newcors closely.

Talon Blade wore fla-colored gauntlets on his hands, with a short spear slung across his back, as for Sora, he had twin tonfa blades resting at his waist.

As the crowd of Easterner fans began assessing their potential battle prowess, but then the judge spoke again, drawing everyone back to silence.

“And from the last tunnel, let us welco the War God Mage team, who are being led out by the acting vice captain, Lucas Blade,” the judge announced.

Imdiately, a wave of voices rippled through the crowd, as murmurs and whispers questioning why an injured mage was being fielded by the higher ups of the War God Academy.

There were even so who grumbled that if the War God Mage Academy team wanted to throw the match away, at least they should have given the opportunity to the mages on their reserve team, who hadn’t gotten a chance to show what they were capable of, since this likely might be their last battle.

They believed that if the War God Mage team was truly prepared to forfeit the match, this would have been their best move, but then Lucas Blade finally stepped out of the tunnel assigned to the War God Mage team, and the entire crowd’s eyes shifted toward him.

His face was as fierce as always, with his greatsword and the staff-like handle for its glaive mode strapped to his back as he strode forward.

“There are no longer any wounds on his body, not even a single scar from the nasty cuts he got the day before,” a certain mage in the otherwise silent crowd finally mustered the courage to mutter.

“I thought they said the War God Academy is a penniless institution and wouldn’t be able to help their mages recover this fast,” another mage added, looking completely perplexed. To him, it was baffling why Lucas appeared in perfect health.

“Why are you people acting so shocked? No matter what that broke institution tries, there’s no way they’ll co out on top of this battle. It just isn’t for them. Let’s bet—I can assure you their team will be the first to be eliminated,” yet another mage declared, acting utterly certain they wouldn’t last.

“Following behind are Brandon Gordons, Arthur Gordons, and Knight Gordons,” the judge continued, listing out the nas of the other mages who would represent the War God Mage Academy team.

Though the crowd remained largely silent and subdued, but the fanatic fans perked up their ears imdiately they heard the nas of those that followed Lucas.

The calling of the na "Gordons" had beco deeply associated with the War God team, since their captain was a Gordons. However, in the last match, it seed all the main clan mbers of the Gordons clan hadn’t participated.

Now that they heard the na called again, the fans were sohow hoping for a touch of that "Gordons’ magic" to unfold, they began to cheer, though not as loudly as the fans from the other two kingdoms, who were booing, but they were giving it their all to show support for the War God team.

As the three Gordons males strode out of the tunnel, they waved toward the section where their fans were gathered.

“And lastly, the captain of the War God Mage Academy team, Alec Gordons,” the judge announced, and this ti the entire Northern fans’ corner fell completely silent, as if they couldn’t believe their ears.

Even the other two sections that had been booing were stunned to see the stubborn Fanatic group in the Northern crowd go quiet, it was at that mont that Alec walked out of the tunnel.

That kimono, that carefree attitude, that smile, the two weapons strapped to his left waist while he rested his left hand on them as he strolled out slowly...

They couldn’t deny it, this was the one mage they’d missed so dearly. In that instant, it felt as if barrels of gunpowder had exploded.

“Alec Is Back!!!!!!!!!!”

The chant "Alec is back" echoed relentlessly as the Northern corner, which was packed with fanatic fans, erupted in shouts, even with their smaller numbers, their voices swiftly overshadowed and overwheld the boos.

They cheered so loudly that the fans from the other kingdoms had to stop and stare at the man who had just erged, from the VIP section reserved for the teams, mages like Dragov Dragonmir and Vincent Whitefang couldn’t help but smile.

“Show us exactly how much you’ve improved!” Vincent murmured while staring at Alec.

At the higher VIP level, just one step above where the participants sat, reserved for the leaders and deans, apart from the deans of the Northern Kingdom who were used to Alec,

Those from the other kingdoms still didn’t rate him highly and just felt the crowd was making too much of a scene for a team that was about to be eliminated.

But while all this was happening, Old Man Alderic didn’t pay them any heed as he kept his eyes fixed on the king of the Northern Kingdom.

The monarch wore a deep frown the entire ti; when Alec’s na had been called, he looked completely perplexed, and after seeing him erge, he clearly harbored a bad feeling about it.

Just seeing the King like that made Alderic happy.
