Igor had efficiently guided them to the space gate that led to an Orc city coordinate.
The place was teeming with people, and security asures were tight.
It surprised Igor to see how prepared Terran’s students were.
He had expected so complaints or resistance, hoping it would give him an excuse to force them to the space gate and make it look like a punishnt.
However, Alec, who seed to be the group’s leader, followed Igor without questioning.
There were monts when Igor wanted to turn back and ask Alec what exactly was going through his mind.
Alec took in the surroundings of the area known as the space passage.
It was the first ti he realized that such a place existed in the school.
It was located on the abandoned south side, rumored to be ho to so demonic beast.
But Alec quickly realized that the rumors about the demonic beast were just a facade to keep students who weren’t supposed to know about the space passage away from it.
Although Alec believed he shouldn’t have been exposed to the space gate at such an early stage, he couldn’t shake off the feeling that sothing fishy was going on.
It felt like too much of a coincidence that this happened right after his master had been deployed outside the Academy.
However, Alec’s determination to see what a space passage looked like drove him forward.
Recalling the little knowledge he had gained from Instructor Walters’ class, Alec understood that a space passage was the only way for humans to invade the second Dinsion, just like how the second Dinsion races could invade the human realm during the Blood Moon period with their space gates.
This made him incredibly curious about the hidden space gate underground in the south side of the academy.
Alec swiftly used his inspect skill on the mages standing around the area, and he concluded that they were Tier 3 mages.
This relieved Alec, knowing that he could handle whatever difficulties arose as long as the humans believed that Tier 3 mages were enough to sort out the problems here as the lowest realm.
However, if the lowest realm were more powerful mages beyond Tier 3, there was no way he would let them force him inside.
He was prepared to make a run for it if necessary.
As Igor approached the swirling portal in the middle of the heavily guarded area, two mages standing by the side stopped him.
The one on the right used his ntal energy to pass through their bodies, while the one on the left checked their badges to ensure they weren’t fake.
Alec always felt uneasy when soone tried to inspect him with their ntal energy.
However, he had co to realize that no matter how many tis he had been inspected, not a single mage had discovered the system or the items linked to it, such as his golems and his Salamander armor set. Read exclusive chapters at .Côm
"What?! A Tier 2 Mage? How dare you bring a group of Tier 2 Mage to the abyss realm?, Are you trying to get them killed?, Even Tier 3 mages are nothing but cannon fodder for scouting,"
the Mage who used his ntal energy to examine them complained.
But before he could say more, Igor raised his hand.
Igor held up another badge, one that he had obtained from the mysterious mage who concealed his face in fog.
The mont the mage saw the badge, he imdiately quieted down.
Alec noticed this small action and realized that anyone who wanted to ss with them or bring them here must hold a high position of power.
"After you,"
Igor said, stepping aside and motioning for Alec and the rest to enter the portal.
"Alec, do we really need to do this?"
Kelvin Gordons, one of the four mages studying with Alec in the academy, couldn’t help but question Alec’s decision.
He was typically timid by nature, and his fear was becoming increasingly apparent.
" Never question the leader, just follow orders".
Arthur quickly turned back and replied to him as his face looked fierce though even he was a little scared but he had so type of blind fate in Alec that as long as they were together they could face anything together
And this was the effect that Alec had with them due to the constant miracles and winnings they had when ever they were with him no matter the odds.
Alec turned back to look at kelvin
" trust when I say this, I would try my utmost best to make sure that every one of us co out of that portal, am not sure how we are going to do it, even if we have to hide as cowards I won’t mind as long as we co back alive"
Alec said to him as he placed his hand on his shoulders, the firm look on Alec eyes seems to fill kelvin with hope he never thought he had he clenched his fist as he looked at Alec
Alec turned back as he planned to walk into the portal first, but he heard a voice straight in his mind
" Quite a good brainwashing skills you have there, people like you are the one who have ability to lead a squad, for him to have such fate in you, it’s clear he holds you in high regards"
Alec turned back to look at Igor who was smiling at him, he couldn’t not understand which technique he had used in communicating with him in his mind
He just could only predict that it might be a sound transmission that was only available to high rank mages.
" Let’s go!"
Alec wasted no ti as he lead by entering the portal first and the rest of the gang entered one after another, after they all entered Igor follow through with them
" do they belong to Terran? "
" yes!, I think he is bound to get crazy again once he cos back, for his disciples that have not even reached Tier 3 realm to be thrown to the abyss, death is already certain"
" that is a fact, if any of them manages to co out of the abyss alive he would change dramatically!, even the Tier 3 disciples dies there, and there is no way those set of Tier 2 mages would survive."
The two gate keeper at the space passage converse with each other as they have already predicted the outco of Alec and the rest.
