The reason Alec no longer referred to it as a Mana pool again was straightforward: he had obliterated it countless tis while practicing the latest technique from the book passed down by the patriarch of the Gordons clan and now his body is no longer restricted to a small pool but now his hole body was acting as his Mana pool.
But he did have the system's assistance which was why he had survived such an experience,
But the reason Alec's had been quick to catch on was largely due to his deep familiarity with the two particular runes, the earth rune, in the middle had a sign shaped like a bullet, and that is when he realised ; these runes were the manifestation of his innate spells when he advanced to Tier 2.
When he had broken through to Tier 3, instead of discarding them to create new Tier 3 innate spells, they evolved, sparing Alec the need to replace his innate abilities, and he was quite content with this; as he didn't often use the flaming aura, but he was fond of the Terra bullet, perhaps because it gave him the sensation of firing a gun.
At that mont, the runes disintegrated into countless particles of elental light and separated from each other, although the system spirit had explained the process to him, and he had read about it in books, but witnessing an elent or power evolve to the Mid-rank with his own eyes was an unparalleled experience.
All this ti, as he had entered the Tier 4 Mage Realm, but only his body had received the baptism of the breakthrough, not his elents.
This was because he had been delaying his awakening, but now, it could be said that he was truly stepping into the Mid-rank, as not only his body but also his spirit and energy was crossing the threshold.
Alec watched the two particles of elental energy, representing both fire and earth, as they began to take shape, On one side, the earth elent started to form what looked like a small mountain, surrounded by countless gemstones and crystals orbiting it, he guessed the reason for the orbiting stones where because of his gravity Manipulation that was linked to the earth elent.
On the other side, Alec observed a massive orb of flas pulsating, it left him wondering if the ball of fla was rely fire, as it gave him the impression of a beating heart. He pushed that thought aside, not wanting to jump to conclusions.
Alec began to sense that sothing was amiss when the stars in the sky started to shoot countless elental particles of fire and earth straight at the two projections representing his affinities.
The projections greedily absorbed these elental particles as if they had been starved for a long ti, although the sensation was new to him, Alec could feel a surge of power at that very mont, as the projections of his affinity elents voraciously consud the energy directed at them.
It took about a minute before Alec witnessed a bolt of fla and a long bolt of earth essence being shot from both projections toward him, who was positioned at the center of the space.
Initially, he thought it was an attack on his soul, but when the stream of earth essence and the bolt of flas touched him, he closed his eyes, realizing it was not an attack but an enlightennt an advanced understanding of his elents and the extent to which he could now manipulate them.
As the projections of his two elents devoured the particles of energy, Alec's body was providing them to ascend to the next realm, they ensured that so type of docile, refined elental energy was returned to Alec, enhancing his control and execution of them.

While Alec was imrsed in his microcosmic universe, absorbing the influx of elental knowledge being imprinted upon him, his physical body was levitating in the inn. His golems and the system spirit, were now watching him with grim expressions, as they clearly understood the gravity of the situation.
Alec's body was at the center of a trendous internal struggle, as a vast black hole ford above his head, drawing in all the fire and earth elental particles in the air.
However, that wasn't sufficient; so it began to pull in energy particles from the surrounding atmosphere, resulting in a massive influx of elental particles being drawn into the room.
And Alec had not anticipated such a dramatic event, as he believed that his awakening would be a minor occurrence, since he had already had his breakthrough.
It was clear that Alec had miscalculated, as there was no way that he would have predicted that every one within the nearest five hundred ters could notice the extraordinary events unfolding around the inn.
As the major elental particles of earth and fla were being drawn toward the inn, depleting the mana in the air.

Inside Alec's microcosmic universe
Alec could sense that both his elents were solidifying, and he was nearing the end of his awakening, as he had gained a wealth of new information about how his elents had evolved, but as he anticipated being expelled from the space, he suddenly felt a deep connection.
Not just one connection, but two strands of mana were leading him into the dark space, he gazed at the two solidified elents before he began flying toward the source of the beckoning call.
After what seed like an hour of flight, Alec finally reached the first entity that had drawn him in— it was a shining star adorned with countless demonic beast faces.
He could almost swear he had seen sothing similar before, perhaps the scroll of the Beast Forest and Alec couldn't comprehend how a power related to the Beast Forest could manifest within his space, but the more he observed the star, the more agitated it beca, until it collided with Alec, propelling him back to the original location he ca from.
As he hurtled through space at the speed of sound, he noticed a black fla dashing toward him, and then he realized the source of the second pull. It was the black fla, despite not frequently using his fla elent, his affinity for fla was evidently so strong that even a powerful black fla had sought him out.
The shining star, with its myriad beast faces, and the colossal black fla seed to reach so form of agreent as they dragged Alec back to the main space.
When Alec was thrown back to the center of his microcosmic universe, he witnessed the black fla rging with the huge red ball of fla that was beating like a heart. As they intertwined, one part of the huge fireball emitted scorching red flas, while the other side exuded an eerie dark presence.
Alec smiled as he observed the new elents, now voraciously consuming more energy, but It still took another hour before Alec regained consciousness in his inn room.
The mont he opened his eyes, he was greeted with nurous notifications and a worried expression from the system spirit.
"If you truly do not like attention, I think it's ti we disappear from this city and regroup with the rest of your team ," the system spirit golem suggested, peering outside the windows to see a legion of city guard mages surrounding the inn.
"Oni, it's up to you!" Alec commanded without even asking what happened as he could feel the heavy presence of the elental particles in the air, as closed his system interface in the hope of making a swift escape.
Oni then summoned the shadow in the room to engulf them all, and they vanished from the room like they were never there.
